Employees were great, food WAS NOT salad was prepackage with really old lettuce ( I threw the entire thing away tbh) . Outside... of the salad, I ordered pasta that I have ordered in the past. This was the worst pasta I ever got here. For one it was cold.Two, the order was close to empty and burnt. Serving size was that which you would give a toddler AND burnt. Several orders over the course of a couple years. Yes, I know, "fool me twice"... but I've never had any real expectations, and... at least it's been somewhat warm upon delivery. Last order took an hour and half to be delivered to the wrong address, and thefranchise's response, "Well, the driver said he dropped it off. It's another 3 hours for the next delivery." Ordered pizza for delivery we?ll ahead of time and tipped well ahead of time as we had a babysitter that would receive the... pizza. Pizza arrived over an hour late?cold?with no warning/explanation. They sent me a coupon for 20% off of a single menuitem. Not an equal make up in my opinion. We will order our pizza elsewhere in the future. Read more

Placed order for carry out. Went in to pick up. Not one employee greeted my husband. He actually watched one employee make an... entire pizza, put it in the oven and return to the counter before they said one word to him. Unacceptable! Greet your guestupon entry to your establishment. It only takes a minute. Yes the pizza was made correctly, yes the price was good for theportion. But the lack of personal attention to the customer is an epic fail. Also, your website states you want guests to wearmask and a mask was worn however, not one employee was wearing one. So, if you want the guests to wear one, then adhere to yourrequirements and have employees wear one as well. If the mask protocol is no longer required -- remove it from the websitehighlights. BASICALLY DO BETTER... do better for your other guest because I pass too many pizza establishments to get to yoursand I for one will not be returning. Read more
I waited 2 plus hours for my order to be corrected. The original order was delivered wrong. Boom, I called and politely and... asked for the order to be resent out corrected.The Dominos employee by the name Nadia with an attitude tried to discourage me bytelling me the order would be sent out in an hour. After an hour and half later I called and the was told the order was out.After an additional 30more minutes I called and was told the order never left the store. Nadia was rude again and also threwher driver under the bus instead of admitting the fault and correcting the problem. She then Hung up on me. After I got out ofbed and came to the store I then was helped by Heather who was professional and helpful. By far the worst experience EVER. TWOAND A HALF HOURS LATER MY 16YEAR OLD WAS FINALLY ABLE TO EAT DINNER. Read more
