Dumb! It?s the only word I can say here. I was going to buy a coffee and two donuts and pay for it with cash. A manager inside... told me I had to use the kiosk or go through the drive-through. What planet is this person from???? Just take my order andcash me out at the drive-thru register. When that wasn?t good enough, another employ me told me to get it in a cab or catch aride. Read more

Me and my family normally go to Krispy Kreme but decided to go to Dunkin? this morning because it is closer.NEVER AGAIN! It... wasn?t the line that was the problem it was the poor customer service. We went through the drive through and asked for a dozendonut and the lady asked if we wanted assorted or if we wanted to pick. So we told the lady the we wanted to pick and shecontinues to let out a deep sigh and says she will be back because she needs to get a box. And when we asked her what donutsthey had because the screen with the menu only had one side of the menu working, she gave us an attitude. Like it was ourpromlem that it wasn?t working. Then we ordered a macchiato and a mocha latte and I when she repeated it back she said ?oh youmean matcha? and since I have never heard of matcha, I assumed that was their version mocha . So I pull up to the window and shehands me my drink and I taste my macchiato and it was super bitter and I told the lady working the drive thru and she said thatI was suppose to pick a flavor but she didn?t offer me a flavor or tell me I was suppose to pick a flavor when I was ordering soI didn?t know. She continued to ask me if I wanted her to add sugar to my cold drink. I said that it won?t dissolve and then Ijust drive off because I was tried of their poor customer service. Read more

The app lets you order to walk in to pick up your order but the door is locked. I knocked. The employee gestured. I assumed she... was coming to unlock the door. I was wrong. Again, how can I get my order if the door is locked? I went to my car to go thruthe LONG drive thru line and as I was passing the door, someone opened the door for another customer. I was MAD. I parked, wentin and questioned why they didn?t open the door for me. The employee said it was locked. I said that?s why I knocked. I?veheard this employee speak harshly to her coworkers before so why would she speak well to customers. Read more

This is the ONLY dunkin that I go to because they are the ONLY ones who get it right. There is another one closer to me, and a... 2nd location between this and my work and I will still choose this one because not only is the coffee always on point, but theemployees are so kind and have never given me an impression that they "don't want to be there" like you can get at other places.And even through the Covid epidemic, they still showed up and still smiled and even when they are crazy busy, the employees arestill so kind to everyone. Owners, not being able to just walk in and speak with a rep at the counter and order Coffee and Donuts is just RIDICULOUS. Guys... I can speak with your employees , but can?t order with out using the kiosk 12 inches from the employees. Guy behind me thismorning, just gave up and walked out, no order or purchase. Get rid of kiosk and let us make friends with your employees. Itkeeps us coming back. When you can talk with them , they are great. Read more

Well I did have a good rating for these guys and had to come back in to edit it to a 1. I?m a regular customer here. Usually... they are quick and efficient. I forgot to order a large hot coffee in drive thru. Asked for it at window. They had me comeinside. I asked the young lady inside and told her I just went through drive thru. She was rude and said I had to use themachine. Well by the time I got to the machine 5 more people jumped ahead of me. Like seriously I?m a regular customer. Youcouldn?t edit my order through drive thru ? Made me go inside AND THEN had me go to a machine knowing I got there first butpeople jumped a head of me. Read more
