So, i go to this particular DD because it's by my job. First time I ordered the maple back sandwich. And the back was still.pink... not cooked well. Second time I ordered again same thing with snackin bacon, same thing. But this time I went back in the line.And I ask for well done bacon. And today I ordered pumpkin spice iced latte wake up wrap.and 4 stuffed bagels. Drove off onlytwo bagels back in the line again. Get to work and my bagel is hard and the bread cracks. Never come back !!!! The cashier said ? what do you want ? didn?t tell me the total and was having a hard time figuring out the... change back !!! I did it for him he didn?t say thank you or anything !!! The store was disgustingly dirty !!! Garbage all overoutside and in !!!! Terrible customer service, the cashier complety walked away when I was taking my order three times with no explanation. Flies... around the donuts. The back was a complete mess, very haphazard conditions. Coffee spilled all over the counters. One of thepeople making the food had NO gloves on! Absolutely disgusting. The food wasn't put in the right containers so it fellimmediately. When it fell, they stared at us and walked away. The coffee tastes disgusting like it had no syrup, the food isburnt. Would never come here again, it took us over 20 min to order and get our food. Wish I could leave zero stars, yes it wasthat bad.
