Amazing restaurant! We drove all the way from Starke to find some good Peruvian food and Sabor Mix did not disappoint! The staff... was very friendly and did an excellent job. The food was to die for! We ordered the Lomo Salgado & Arroz Chaufa (pollo) andAlfajores for dessert. Everything was perfect! The lomo was juicy, well seasoned, and fresh! This place was okay, honestly very pricey but not bad, for 2 people spent nearly 80. The environment was okay, I got the carne... asada plate which was very delicious, only complaint would be that the rice was bland and no flavor, everything else was decent.My partner got a plate with fajita, chicken and a egg on top, which she?s didn?t like and neither did I. We were a group of 4 sowe got the fries with hotdogs as an appetizers and it was okay, as well as the tress leches and cookies which were not amazingbut still good and somewhat tasty. I will say the presentation is very nice for the food but that?s about it. Incredible flavor! Absolute must try. The lobby was clean, not sticky. Silverware and glasses were spotless. The bathroom was... well stocked, smelled great and was very clean. The staff was amazing at explaining the dishes and what set each apart. But thefood was amazing!! First we got Aji de gallons, very creamy, comfortably rich, super tasty. Next was Lomo Saltado, they useactual chunks of beef cooked to how you want. Great flavor, a bit too many fries. Last was chi jai Kay. Nice chunks of chickenwith sesame seeds and spices with the green onion and egg fried rice. Very tasty! Can't say enough good stuff about thisrestaurant. Read more
Absolutely if you?d like to eat real Peruvian food, it is the perfect place, the waitress are really kind and patiently!! The... food is sufficient in terms of quantity and quality!! I?ll be back!
