So let me start off by saying my experience was less than favorable. I went in around 2:30 PM to ask a question about a seasonal... item in hopes that they still had it. The clerk I was speaking to didn't reply, but the supervisor with his back turned answeredfor him without acknowledging me at all, while he was putting the last few doughnuts in a bag. I decided to walk awaydisappointed and my daughter repeated that she wanted doughnuts, so I turned around and asked if they had any doughnuts left.The clerk stated that the last of the doughnuts just got sold, but yet there were no other customers in the store or in thedrive thru. They don't close close until 7PM mind you and I was told they were out at 2:30PM!! They desperately need to work ontheir customer service and I suggest revamping their management at this location. In the drive through the employee gave my food to the car ahead of me, customer gave it back. The employee then gave me the same... food she had given to the previous customer. The hash browns were in an open bag that had clearly been rummaged through. I saidI can?t take the food you have just given to someone else. This is the worst Dunkin? I have been to, I started coming to this one because it?s closer to home and gave you guys 3 chances... to do right and each visit got worse and worse. I asked them to put 3 equals in my coffee, drove 3 miles and had a sip, realizing they forgot to put Equal. Drove back to the... shop and they told me no problem, they can put it. No apology. Read more

I go there every morning for coffee. They make a perfect Cappuccino, exactly as I like it! They see my car coming ?it?s... orange?down the street, and they start making my order, so it?s always fast. The guys and gals are great. Professional andfriendly. It?s the best way to start the day. Shout out to the crew!!!!! Read more
Very nice people work here but the drive thru wait is consistently over 15 minutes no matter when I come. Often the store is... locked so walk in is not an option. I have decided to drive to a further DD because overall, it's quicker than the Hendricks DD Read more
I hardly ever write reviews on chain restaurants but I'm making an exception in this case. This the worst DD I have ever been... to. Twice in the past week, I went there and both times they had an incompetent, disinterested worker standing in the drive thruorder area taking orders because their head sets weren't working. I can understand that being a problem one time but twice inone week? Come on, guys. Get new equipment. Today, the dude who took my order didn't listen to me, wasn't friendly and he brokethe kiosk thing by leaning against it. I had to laugh. When I got to the pick up window, the greeter there couldn't get my orderright either. I counted 5 workers inside all running around, bumping into each other. It was chaos. Not a good look. And theywere out of butter AGAIN. What's up with that folks? Is there a shortage? I didn't get an answer to that. This place needs toshut down and start over with new management. Read more
