Slow service & burnt coffee!! Stopped in for coffee and a donut, went inside & I ordered (no one was in front of me). It took 15... mins to get two cups of coffee. The iced coffee was perfect, the hot coffee was burned!! They actually served me BURNT coffee!This store is staffed by young kids who don't have a clue. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Got a black coffee a little while ago and asked for hot and they made it cold. They would always get my order wrong even though... I?d double check with them that it is correct, and costumer service isn?t the best either they take a while even if they are nota lot of people in the place or doing drive thru. Read more
We?ve been through the drive thru multiple times and the girls are always rude. I work in costumer service so I know it can be... difficult but they are straight up mean for no reason every time. I got the wrong coffee multiple times but never complainbecause I don?t want to deal with the attitude I know I?ll receive. I usually have the best experience here. But the girl in the drive thru window killed it for me today. As she handed me the... wrong coffee, I politely told her I had ordered something else. She literally rolled her eyes, didn?t say a word and came backwith a different coffee, no label (I asked for decaf because I am pregnant), and then told me my card declined (I mistakinglygave her a new card that wasn?t activated yet). I gave her a separate card, still she seemed deeply annoyed. I can?t drink thiscoffee because I don?t know what it is. She not one time responded to my pleases or thank yous. EVERYONE here was SOOO nice and went above and beyond for our order. We ordered brown sugar cold brew, not realizing it didn't... come with cream. They sweetly added cream, liquid sugar, and more toppings without question! They engaged and were so nice to myson who was under the weather as well. Love this location!! Read more
