3.5 stars, 4 on a good day. They now just have ONE computer thing you can order on; which I don?t personally mind. But some... people have thrown fits over. But the workers their won?t even acknowledge you or take your order if you only have cash. Whichseems kind of unfair if you come all the way inside to order. Also, they take their time some days. This dunkin used to be one of the better ones in all of Jax, but those days are LONG gone. Last time I came to this location,... they had a huge sign outside (around 6 feet long) advertising $2 coffee on Happy Hour, which it was. I went inside to the oneemployee and ordered a medium iced coffee - but the total was full price. I inquired about the sign, and she said ?I know but Idon?t know how to get it to work sorry?. Tonight, currently at 7:22 (they close at 8 PM), I walked in and was told ?we don?thave anything left?. I just wanted a coffee, but she said ?no coffee either?. 40 minutes prior to closing. Ok. Ordered this morning from the mobile app and they still made my drink wrong..... this location is one of the worst in... Jacksonville... they always make drinks wrong... I complained about the splenda they would add when I asked for sugar a fewmonths ago. They said the equipment was faulty... I said no you all added splenda because you weren't listening... Splenda andsugar do not sound similar... and it would be printed on my tag.... Started to drive out of my way to another location and didthat for a few months. I decided to give this location another chance only for them to mess it up again. I will never be back tothis location... Read more

Worse experience ever! Had to go through drive thru since Lobby was closed. Was told, will be with you shortly. Then nothing, I... had to ask if they can take our order. Drive up, had to ask for napkins and a straw. Then had to wait at least 10 min for asmall cup of coffee. It is a coffee shop. Coffee should always be ready. When it was handed to me it was dripping down the side.I asked if cream and Splenda was added because it did not look like it. I was told yes. Number one lie. We pulled over and itwas black. Had to go to the window again. Kid was walking by and I yelled hello. He kept walking. The girl finally came up tothe window. There were there teenagers inside. The other male teenager had handed me the coffee and lied. I told the female thatthe order was wrong and I asked before taking the coffee. She tells me she can't take it back because of covid. I touched it.She said she was going to give me the cream I told her the cup was full and no room to add the cream. She continued telling meshe can't take it back. Never had that issue when an order was wrong. Then she makes another one with the coffee dripping allover the cup. I left it. 4 pm Sat the 13th. HORRIBLE service! No wonder they are losing business. Ordered in drive thru. Sausage egg and cheese croissant and omelet bites with coffee. Coffee was good not great. The Sausage... was no where to be found. The croissant was stale the egg was like glue. The omelet bites were unedible. So our breakfast wasruined. This location needs to be rebooted, from food and drinks to access in and out. I would avoid this location on south SanJose Blvd in Mandarin at all cost. You would be better off getting microwave food and drinks at a gas station. If I could givezero stars I would. Read more

The menu board in the drive thru showed this sandwich at $3.99 and they charged me $5.37. The manager and employee at the window... said they were unable to print a receipt. They can however produce the incomplete receipt ticket placed on the bag. The Ladymanager complained to me that I was holding up the line. The manager also would not refund the difference in price and saidthey couldn?t do anything about the menu board. Read more
