This location is awful. They routinely mess up my food, mess up the remake, and now give me weird looks when I sit at the drive... through window to check my food before leaving. On multiple occasions they?ve left out parts of my order and getting them torefund it is like pulling teeth. No receipt given, no refund received, and when I came back the next week to get it figured outthey directed me to contact customer service or dispute the charge with my bank. Customer service was just as bad. I spent 20minutes on hold and was hung up on twice before a rep told me I ?should? hear back about my refund in the next 2-3 weeks. Read more

Ordered a tomato and mozzarella sandwich which I love. Aske to have it cut in half. Top of bread was cut bottom bread not at... all. Bread burnt and to make it worse they put it in a donut box made for 2 donuts not sandwich was wedged in there it?s a messcan?t eat what a waste. Ok!! I have been waiting for the right time to rate my friends here at Dunkin off of I-95. My family will frequent the Dunkin... Donuts as we live in the area. HANDS DOWN THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE in the area. I just went to a local Dunkin (not thislocation) because I had to pick up my child from school and the food I ate was like eating a baked rubber band on a stalecroissant. But not my friends here - eat and enjoy!! I have ordered through the mobile app and the kiosk. Awesome! Read more
Watch out First they do NOT listen Ordered large latte WITHOUT the foam- half of the so called large was foam and barely luke... warm yuck! Ordered 4 powdered sugar hearts with boston/baverian cream and 10 munchkins from very few choices. They put in thesugar chocolate ones in plus one extra sugar chokolate donut I NEVER asked for in the first place. Since I paid with acard..would you ask for a refund? I made them change them but $4,59 for that cup of ?ukewarm latte???? and 5 doughnuts at atotal of $13.83 Check your order before you leave. You just lost another customer. Read more
Every time I come here my coffee gets made wrong. How hard is it to add the flavor like caramel to someone's coffee. Every time... I have to have my coffee remade cause someone can't read the order. I'd rather go across the street to McDonald's then go backto this Dunkin. What a waist. Read more
