We tried Firebirds today and we had a very nice late lunch. The bread was a little interesting but good, nevertheless. We had... the roasted garlic sirloin with a loaded baked potato, the honey garlic chicken with mashed potatoes, the kids cheeseburger, andthe 10oz prime rib special with scalloped potatoes au gratin. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and came out fast.The sirloin was a bit salty but still good. The horseradish cream sauce for the prime rib was delightful. Our drinks wererefilled promptly and the service was excellent. One thing I found odd was that their appetizers were all similarly priced asthe entrees. Nevertheless, We’re going to return. Good experience. Very nice atmosphere and the waiter was spot on. Drinks were flavorful and the lobster dip was good. The... cheesecake was by far my favorite part of the meal besides the tater tots. There was something moving in my Arnold Palmer refill (management didn't come to check to see if everything was taken care of for this incident, not what I'm use too), mypineapple chicken kabob was a tad bit over cooked and lacked in flavor. My wife's asparagus was wilted (but had good flavor).The tortilla soup wasn't very tasty at all. The salt needs to be switched out due to the amount of moisture in it (very hard toget any salt out of the shaker). Prices were good for the amount of food, the experience and service. It's a great upscale place to go out for a nice evening date the drinks were good and the food is primarily Americana and... contemporary The steak is well cooked and the potatoes were to die for. The ahi tuna appetizers I highly recommend getting. Read more

Took a sweet friend to celebrate her Mother’s Day at this chain restaurant. Boy was I happily surprised! They were very... accommodating, server was great and knowledgeable and absolutely down for a fun time but still very professional and spot on. Westarted with a mimosa, coffee and one of their signature mocktails : a Charred Pineapple Agua Fresca. So refreshing.. definitelya treat! Not too sweet. The food was great too! We had the Pineapple chicken skewers (chicken was moist and tasty for sure), thegrilled salmon salad (no photo but beautiful and so good), the Bacon and Egg Brioche Sandwich, and the Grilled Salmon Benedict.The Benedict was excellent. Perfectly seasoned and a lovely piece of salmon cooked perfectly. When we arrived for ourreservations they were not busy but by the time we left they were full with tons of attentive staff. As our stomachs start to grumble, at 5:43 a server arrives with our Salmon and 10oz Medium Prime Rib. I was still waiting for my... 18oz Medium-rare prime rib to arrive. This was brought out moments later and I was surprised when the server who dropped it offwas reaching over me to serve me and then still put the plate down with the protein away from me; that's not what I would haveexpected with a $40+ meal. As I cut into the steak, it was more medium-well than medium rare. Prime rib is a delicious and verytender cut of meat. It was my assumption that since it was early in the night, we would have gotten a nice bloody prime rib, butthis was very dried out and disappointing. At 5:45 I let Nikki know that this was overcooked and she immediately agreed andasked if I wanted to get another piece. I said I would take a few bites more and let her know. After another nibble, I couldn'teat the Prime Rib at this overcooked temperature and then waited for Nikki to come back around. At 5:50 I asked another patioserver to grab Nikki for me. At 5:51 she was promptly there and offered to take it off my check and bring me something else as areplacement. Within 30 seconds, she had brought me a new menu, taken my order, and cleared the overcooked food from thetable. It was unfortunate that my family had finished their entire meal and my food had not arrived. What was even moreunfortunate is that a manager did not stop by and apologize for the mishap that happened. Normally at upscale diningrestaurants, a manager will come by and ensure that the guest is having an adequate experience, this was not the casehere. I visited Firebirds for the first time with friends for date night. We came for happy hour and then stayed for dinner. The... waitresses were extremely kind, especially Brittany. She made sure we were very well taken care of. The food was exquisite andthe atmosphere of the restaurant was so chill. I would definitely recommend coming here for a great night with friends. Booked an online reservation for two and called to confirm, that was a success!! Arrived a couple minutes early and was seated... right away. Our Server Travis then greeted the both of us with a smile and great energy. He was very attentive. Our food wasamazing ???? EVERYTHING was Hot and perfect. I didn't have time to take pictures of our smoked hot chicken wings which was ourappetizer nor the bread and butter because I ate it . But, I did get a picture of our meal and dessert . What a great place to eat on Valentine's Day. We were promptly seated at the bar seating area and our waiter, Travis was able to... get our order right away. He recommended a good, sweet drink and it was amazing. I don't recall the name but its base is a sweetpineapple juice. My husband ordered a lemon drink, with sugar on the rim and it was good as well. But my pineapple concoctionwas better. While we waited for our food we were offered bread and butter which was very satisfying. The food came out hot andvery good! I loved my grilled salmon and the mashed potatoes were amazing. This was a last minute stop in the middle of the dayand I appreciate them able to get us in last minute.
