Well on our third trip up to the restaurant we finally got our sandwich yay today's crew had better hospitality than the last... two visits we had to leave before ordering every employee saw me standing there on both trips in and both times I guess wasinvisible but today a whole different looking team and night and day hospitality only thing that was odd was the woke musicplaying and this is a fireman's organization restaurant ? My question is do you have to play that Bruno Mars Katy Perry Beyoncémusic to keep the employees happy it seems strange coming from a more conservative type organization to be playing woke musicand louder than I can hear the employees I might add it's like the night crew turned on the radio real loud and they neverturned it down whenever they open the doors in the morning we sure are living in a different world now take us back to the goodold days of Firehouse Subs and Bob Seger music and I can guarantee you today's woke employees ain't having none of that musicplaying anymore if they're going to work there I guess I'm showing my age now Read more
I've patronized the Normandy location since it opened and it was great (Pre-Covid). Unfortunately, this will be my last time.... The last two visits the bread was not fresh. Today we visited and I told the cashier no cheese because my husband can'thave it and they put cheese on it anyway. My sandwich had the meat on one side of it. The staff looked and acted as if they didnot want to be there. I'm done...The restaurant was empty on a Saturday I should have taken this as a sign to keep driving. Read more
Terrible employees not helpful at all. Placed an online order at 8:28pm on the firehouse app order went through and said it... would be ready by 8:45pm got there a few minutes before closing and these employees were lying saying my order didn't go throughif it was placed after 8:30pm when it wasn't and i had proof and the receipt on my phone then said it would go through tomorrowat 10:30am have never had this problem before i've placed orders around the same time and have always been able to pick up myorder no problem they had no problem taking my money but didn't wanna spare a few minutes to make an ordered for a customer whopaid ahead of time speaking as a person who used to work in fast food this location firehouse needs better employees Read more
The staff was so friendly. Even with a unsatisfied guest ahead of me. Smiles all around and not the sarcastic kind. Looked like... training was going on as well. But let me tell you the guys were straight up hilarious. And the gals were patient and kind.After a hard morning this was just the feels I needed. And I didn't expect.
