Won't be back at least to this location. Customer service is dead. Made the mistake of not getting my receipt after order. After... watching 2 people get their food that ordered after me and waiting an excessively long time. I asked for a refund of course notmy full refund and my food appeared. Larry's giant subs will be getting my money down the road unless their c/s is gone too. Read more
Ordered a small white Firehouse steak & cheese with onions and extra mayonnaise without green peppers. Unfortunately, for me... the onions were not part of the sandwich I received. While waiting for my sandwich to be remaded, I noticed there was a chairblocking off part of the entrance to the back kitchen. Over the chair back was draped a chair back cover with the fabricprinted with the American flag and a rag draped over the top. If you are using the imprint of the American flag then treat itas the American flag and put the rags on the chair seat. A sandwIch mixed up I can get over, eating after every one else isfinished it just a hurried food stop, but seeing a rag draped over the flag imprint will keep me from visiting this store in thefuture. I don't rate much, but have to in this case, as the app doesn't provide a means for feedback. Hopefully some adjustments can be... made. I asked, and paid, for bacon on my sandwich. No bacon. Also missing other requested condiments. Wife's steamer wasmissing cheese on half and the corned beef cuts used were mostly fat. Somehow, the sandwiches were nearly cold, though Iordered online and waited at the restaurant for 10 minutes (I live two minutes from the location). Really disappointed asFirehouse is usually consistent when it comes to quality. I hope, for others' sake, that some improvements can be made, but Iwon't be back. Good luck. Read more
Older white chick at the counter (probably the POS manager) has the nerve to catch an attitude with me when asking how much... longer for my order? This chick really needs some customer service skills. First and last time ever ordering from this location.Place was extremely slow maybe 3 people at most and it took 20 mins for a online order? Should have just went to Charley'sacross the street. Didn't even add pepperoni which was done on purpose yet gave me hot peppers? I'm filing a BBB complaint onthis location. Read more
Good experience. Second time at Firehouse Subs and the taste is really good. The place was clean and the menu was so easy to... understand. The only little thing that bothered me a little was the time to prepare the food. The place was not crowded at all and it took a good 20min for me to receive two subs. I'm still giving 5 stars as the service was really good. I also like thefact that eating here, I help a little bit the people that help us all everyday ???? Read more
