My favorite place to go for a sandwich. I always go for the Italian, and my wife goes for the Hook and Ladder.
We ordered a side of Mac and cheese they forgot are Mac and cheese I received my sandwich and asked for no bacon and I still got... bacon on it I highly recommend not going there. And the manager refused to take cash from an older person all cause the cashier wasn?t there how is she a manager and can?t work the cash register. Read more
So disappointed. Ordered around 5:20pm. Sub delivered at 6:40pm. Left on ground,bag open. Ordered cold turkey sub with crispy... Bacon. Received warmed sub with limp bacon. Not cut in the middle. Whole wheat bread had bad taste. Sub was poorly put together.Why? If you didn't have the time to put it together,you could've called and said so. So little regard for your customer? 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I know it's tough to get people to come in to work but my goodness
First the automated phone ordering system took my order and then tried to connect to the store and had problems. The system... connected me with a live person and they took my order again. By itself, this is not a good customer experience. But waitthere's more. I get to the restaurant and the toilet handle in the men's bathroom is broken so the commode won't flush and isyuck. Then they are completely out of ice. A medium veggie sub medium fountain drink and chips came to a total of $13. I havebeen a long time fan of this Firehouse subs, But this is all ridiculous. There are other fast options that offer good food, abetter customer experience, and better prices. But, I will say that this is the first time I've ever ordered a veggie sub and Iam very impressed. So I may just buy the sandwich in the future and not the drink or chips. Regarding your response, 1st, thecrew did their job by making a great sandwich. 2nd, it's clear as to which restaurant this was. 3rd, I don't think it's my jobto contact the general manager. The general manager knows that the commode handle does not work. The general manager knows thatthere's no ice. 4th, the general manager has no control over whether the corporate automated phone ordering system connects tothe restaurant or not. These reviews are a way to notify management of an issue. I don't believe it is our responsibility toreach out to the general manager and try to correct the problem. You have been notified by these reviews and you can do withthem what you want. So, if corporate doesn't care enough to reach out to the general manager, then I'm pretty sure I don'teither. Read more
Oh no... another one of my favorite go-tos seems to have gone off the rails. I'm not sure what happened, a friend said they... were bought out by Popeyes. My 2 star rating is in comparison to how it was before.. 5 star all the way. They have changedthat soft, delicious bread to a crustier style (think Subway). I always get the Engineer. When I got it today it seemed tohave a heap of some weird sauce on it (horseradish?), and it 100% was nowhere near as delicious. Please go back to the way itwas. I hate to see another restaurant make such a mistake. Read more
Always a pleasure. Great friendly staff, exceptional subs. I buy a whole and ask for the toppings on the side. Can eat it for 2... days. Price is good and they usual have a special. Very clean store. Never have an issue. Read more
Good food, but they're really really really slow at this location lately. Went with my husband a week or so ago and waited 20+... minutes for our sandwiches. I picked up a door dash order the other day and waited a while for the order when they were empty. Read more
