I loved the food, my first time and I would definitely go back!
The girl working the window tonight had zero consideration for customers who aren?t trying to sit in the drive thru for no... reason. She literally sat there talking to her co workers instead of doing her job. She went to give us our food and opened thewindow slightly 3 times before opening it fully to hand us the bag in her hand. I don?t have time to sit in the drive thru allnight because you want to chat it up with your co workers!! We also didn?t get the sauce we asked for, and were told we couldn?task for no cabbage. Food is great and I love the new soup. I wish they offered it in a larger size. 3 stars because this location often fails to... include some or all the extra side proteins (an additional charge) with delivery orders. Today they failed to include 2 extrasides of spicy Korean chicken ($11.30 additional cost). First call to the store was disconnected the moment I said "did notreceive full order". Called back immediately and was directed to send my feedback to a Gmail account. Due to the frequency thisoccurs, I will be taking another indefinite pause from ordering deliveries from this location. Read more

Their food is great! I like the chicken plate with brown rice. I always substitute the salad and fruit for more rice and veggies... and there is no up charge. Magic sauce is a must. Goes great on the chicken, rice, and veggies. Also love the triple hot sauce.Has a great spice level if you like heat. Staff is always super friendly and service is always fast. Read more
