We arrived later (about 90 minutes before closing) but the food was just as good as any other time of day. The salad bar was... still fully stocked and the meats were all available and hot. Absolutely incredible experience. As a foodie s& former fine dining restaurant worker, I can tell you it is worth every penny... for the Churrasco experience. The salad bar was wonderful, our main host (Ryan) with the beard and long hair was great, and asa first timer at this restaurant, I can tell you I will be a regular. Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse was delicious! It is located right inside the St. John's Town Center. They have some of the... best steak and chicken that I have ever tasted. My absolute favorite was the bacon wrapped steak and the bacon wrapped chicken.The meat never stopped coming, we didn't miss out on trying anything. The salad bar was full of fresh vegetables and fruits. Thedifferent cheese and selections were fantastic also. The drinks were great. The Martini was the best I ever had. I have been to other Brazilian steakhouse's but none compared to the quality here at Fogo. Free valet was a great bonus... considering Valentine's day traffic at town center. Had made reservations and did not wait longer than 5 minutes. Servers wereconstantly checking in and manager helping. The food was wonderful and the candied bacon warranted being an appetizer, side dishand dessert ????. My favorite is always the pineapple. The little bread bites are heaven. Always wanted to experience a Brazilian restaurant after seeing it on the Cooking Channel. Was in Jacksonville for my birthday... weekend and my wife surprised me with reservations. This place was amazing with great customer service. Plenty of food choicesfor the price. Big salad/cheese bar and 10-12 different variety of meats they bring to table for you to try! As always the best place to eat. The others are just copies. Service was fantastic. I did my reservation and when arrived only... sat for 3 mins while they prepared out table.
