I can?t believe I have not written a review for this place. This place is one of my favorite eateries in the city, and I believe... that it is HIGHLY underrated. One of my favorite things, if not my favorite thing on the menu, is the vegan popcorn chicken. Itis delicious! I personally really enjoyed the curry mimosas as well. They come with a sweet date chutney. The Canadian dish isalso sooooo good! There?s honestly not anything I wouldn?t recommend. Awesome menu! Long time wanted-to-eat-here, first time diner! I really should've gotten here sooner. It was amazingly good and I... really need this to be a chain with one near my home. The lime Curry was stellar. I got it mild (I forgot to add heat) butadding some of their chili/garlic paste was incredibly delicious. Added shrimp which was fried (wasn't expecting that) and itwas just the perfect meal. The Curry and chips app was fantastic as well and all together very satisfying. Wife had the Lili andtook much of it home. Highly recommend if you love curry! Actually, I highly recommend it even if u don't. Why? Because they hadmore than just red/ yellow/green/Panang and it was way more delicious than your typical fares. Try it. Next time, I think I'lltry the Ginger Mushroom Noodles. Place is cozy and clean with friendly staff. The food was very flavorful and more than enough. The price point is a little high... to be served in cardboard boxes when eating in but we will still return as the food quality and quantity is very good. Read more
Every dish begins its life as vegan and gluten free. How you choose to modify it is up to you. For me, I didn?t! Delicious... Chickpea Masala with added tofu. 7 pieces of fried tofu (I would?ve skipped if I wasn?t so hungry.) If you aren?t a spinach fan,don?t worry, there?s basically none in here. I?ve had more stuck in my teeth after eating a salad than was in thisdish. Husband had the popcorn chicken which looked fun but was too much of a fried food for me without much distinct flavor.It?s been ages since I had samosa (being gf) so that was a nice treat and the dips were yummy. Very helpful, patient, and kindcounter person. We ate in, taking a table in a little alcove to have a quieter space. It was a busy night (Valentine?s Day) andsit down restaurants were jammed, so were lucky to find a place to grab a bite. We ordered just in time, as after us a lot ofphones in orders came in and the wait grew to an hour for food. Counter service. Everything served to-go. Delicious vegan options for your Asian cravings ! The vegan popcorn chicken can be added to any dish and it?s delicious. I... personally had the kimchi noodle dish and it was spicy and flavorful!
