If you have a sushi craving...THIS is the place to be! Good sushi for a heck of a deal, fast service, and plenty of variety if... you want to try something different. Their hand rolls, mainly the salmon skin roll, are fantastic, and the shrimp tempura isflaky to perfection, to single out a few items. The sushi is great, the seating is a bit close together from other tables however they do have booths. The servers are polite.... The tables are clean. Price is affordable for buffet. The wait for food is average. The decor of the restaurant isnt fancy, butit doesn't look like a dump either. It looks pretty average. The noise level is normal talking voice. It can get very packedwith wait times up to an hour for a table. Overall it's my go to sushi restaurant. Read more

UPDATE 10/1/22: Quality of service has definitely deteriorated. Last 2 visits have been so bad. Food is still good (other than... overcooked steak), but not worth the hassle of the service. Took 15 minutes and 4 requests to get someone to clean under thetable where the previous guests had spilled Wasabi, 3 requests to get a napkin, 3 requests to get a drink. Apparently if it'snot their table, workers don't care and won't pass the request along to the right person. We will not be returning anytimesoon. This was not a one- time event. Like I mentioned, this was my last 2 visits, my husband's last 3 visits that theservice has gone down. Always a great experience at Fugi 3 Mandarin! Excellent food, good service, friendly staff! This sushi place is one of the best sushi places I've gone to (and the only one I've gone to). There is a selection of cooked... food items and items from their sushi bar, which you can see from your seat. So far, I went once and the food was really good.You have to fill out a paper with the items you want, then they will make it for you. The only problem with that was I didn'tknow how much it was, so I kind got too much. A recommendation from my friend, after eating there, was to get maybe one or twodishes at a time or get 3 sushi plates. One of the servers was very nice. Most don't acknowledge you when you ask for something. They hear you and bring your stuff, but... you just don't know it until they bring it. Three times they brought us someone else's food. Of course, they leave the table soquickly, they didn't even hear us say we didn't order it. Wasteful. This is the second time we've been, but after thisexperience, we won't be back for a while. The table had actual holes in it with food waste dried in the particle board under thelaminate. Disgusting. The food didn't come out for my wife until I was done. The ingredients are the cheapest from Sam's Club orsomething. Chewy chicken, soggy shrimp tempura. Hopefully they will get it together. This place was really fun? for $18.99 you can get all you can eat sushi. You order in smaller potions. You fill out your ticket... ?say egg roll, clear soup, Cali roll. You get that and can fill out another ticket? say tuna and philly roll, you keep goinguntil your full. You do not get to go boxes. I love Fuji sushi, especially this one. My wife and I regularly drop by on Friday nights. They are really busy but get to you... kind of quickly with at most 30 minute wait at 6:30. Once seated and you pick out your sushi and hibachi items your food comesrelatively quickly. I strongly recommend the spicy krab crunch. Also I generally get clear soup, rice, noodles and somechicken. Huge selection, rolls are half rolls when you order but all you can eat. If you leave a lot of food you will getcharged. OMG! My husband and I had came to Jacksonville, FL for a surgery I needed and were invited to eat here. We?ve never been so full... eating sushi like we did here. We love sushi! The waiting time to be seated was 15 minutes, a reasonable time because they werereally busy. Price, it?s amazing $18.99 per person at dinner, all you can eat. Service was great. They were constantly coming tocheck on the table. Food came out quickly and it was delicious.
