Absolute trash! What a joke of pizza place! The name represents NOTHING of what it used to be. Totally screwed my ordered up to... begin with and still gave me an undercooked pizza so bad the cheese wasn?t even melted and it was cold. Absolutely Terrible. Ordered online, then drove 15 minutes to get the pizza. When I arrived the lone employee told me her... manager must not have gotten the order because there were no pizzas cooking. Also, she didn't know where her manager was. Aftera minute or two her manager saunters up and tells me their online system is down and I need to order in person. No empathy, noconcern. No apology for the inconvenience, just a lot of attitude because I had the nerve to order online apparently. Pitifulcustomer service. Dont waste your time. Ordered and paid for pizzas online at approximately 11:30 a.m. They were supposed to be ready at 1:00 p.m., but I was told to... wait 15 more minutes when I arrived to pick them up. I waited 25 more minutes. Finally got the pizzas 25 minutes late with noapologies. I asked for dipping sauce and got just two marinara's for two large pizzas. Upon inspection, Taco Pizza lookednothing like the web photos, no tomatoes, cheese, etc., just lettuce. I submitted a complaint to Godfather's corporate site, butreceived an unsatisfactory response from Love's Travel Stop who told me my "comment" would be forwarded to the "operations teamover that location" to look into my long wait time. No mention of the substandard "Taco" Pizza. Never heard back from them inthree weeks. Godfather's has lost a loyal customer, since 1982, and now so has Love's. Read more
