This place was everything and then some. A friend highly recommended this place and finally got a chance to go tonight.... Everything we ate was delicious and the the staff were very attentive. Got my order from Grubhub. I wrote a detail instruction to seal the bag either with tape or staples since my last delivery was... tempered by the delivery personnel. They did NOT seal the bag with anything and one of the containers was opened! Who knows whatthey did to my food?!?! Update: the manager reached out to me and apparently it was not stapled because she was not there tosupervise the person who packed the order. Therefore, she asked for a second chance to make it right by offering credits for thenext order. Very responsive and responsible manager. This place is a great find! We were visiting my mom and she agreed to babysit, so we went out and found this place. Have been ordering from This restaurant since they opened which I think was during Covid-19. It has always been good and the... staff great. The staff is still great. It seems they have changed recipes on a few menus items and are not able to custom makesome things like spicy tuna that now contains scallions. The other part is the spicy rolls is they are adding “crunch” andthat is just filler: less fish more filler. I come for the sushi not the “crunch”. If they can’t make a roll withoutscallions then it must be premixed and that concerns me about the freshness. My spicy scallop roll as served originally wasnot spicy and full of crunch. I could not taste the scallop. The chef did remake and it was good but removing the crunch left alot of rice. You can see by the pictures. Now I can taste the scallop but not spicy at all. The Hana Moon roll is awesome! Allin all, sushi is good. I’m not sure about returning if I can’t get a roll that has spicy tuna without scallions. Thatdecision would be based solely on menus options such as that. I have also had the hibachi which has always been excellent andplentiful. Lastly, I will comment on the “crunch” being added as filler: I am seeing this at many sushi places. Not a fan of“crunch” filler. IMHO, rice is enough filler. Hana Moon has a beautiful menu with many options. Sushi and other meals. We only had the sushi, which was amazing. Great job... chefs! The staff did a great job too. What a treat! Running errands and saw a sushi sign and I pulled in on a whim. What a delightful restaurant. Staff was... wonderful… Ting Ting was very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant was a nice and cozy…atmosphere and ambiance great. Veryclean. Food was delicious and wonderfully served. The sushi was very fresh as were all ingredients used.
