Went through the drive through, ordered the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich Combo. The picture on the menu, is deceiving. It shows a... pile of ham, sticking out of the bread-all, around. What I got, was a flat sandwich with 2 slices of ham, folded in the middleand smaller, than the egg. The proportions of bread to ham, egg and cheese were off-from, the advertising picture ???? Mostly,bread with little ham, egg and cheese. Sandwich, wasn't fresh. Taste, was okay. Since, it wasn't fresh? Just, bearable. Customerservice was excellent, as always. Read more
Went through drive through asked for a regular hamburger, was told I needed to be more specific and she read off the choices... (none of which was a small burger) so I assumed they were no longer available. Came home, checked, and they are. Guess it's notworth their time unless you order big. And it wasn't hot. Next time I'll go to River City Hardees. Read more
We don't have Hardee's in Houston. We only eat Hardee's when we visit family in Florida. We had a big order so we ordered ahead... in the app. The app is awful. The app will confirm your order. The phone will receive a text telling you that your order hasbeen confirmed. The restaurant doesn't actually have your order. You have to open your email and hit a "Make My Order" button inthe confirmation email. The staff was useless in helping to explain any of this and the restaurant already had our money at thispoint so there was no simply walking away. Our order was large, but it was incredibly simple. And wrong. We ordered 4 omeletbiscuits and I think 8 Sausage Gravy biscuits. We got the Sausage Gravy biscuits and an assortment of biscuit sandwiches rangingfrom chicken, sausage and egg, omelette, and just one plain empty dry biscuit. Read more

I just happened to be in the area during my lunch hour. Stopped in and came to the drive-thru. I placed my order and only to get... back to work and my order was not correct. I should have checked before I pulled off. Came back to the same location anotherday. Ordered the same thing and verified the order at the window before paying. The order wasn't missing the same thing that itmissed the first time. Same person took the order as the previous time. Won't be patronizing the business anymore. Read more
I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Out of the five times I've been here I feel as tho this place isn't... worth going unless you're dying of starvation. I asked for fresh French toast and got old ones. Once the came back with the newones it look like I was eat old deep fried battered French toast. From old burgers to old French toast I'm over this location. Read more
