The way they fry their chicken, everything actually, phenomenal. They also have this Wing Dust, this impeccable flavor that... they add, which gives the food extra flavor. We picked up dinner and was charged yesterday at almost 7pm. I just received another like (exactly like what I got yesterday for... the dinner purchase) letting my know I was charged again, for a completely different amount, over 24 hours later. This is supposed to be a flounder and chicken dinner but the fish looks like a jigsaw puzzle!! This was the most unsatisfactory... take out I ever purchased. I will NEVER order from this restaurant EVER again. And to add insult to injury they demanded I bringthe food back to them to receive a full refund. I go here all the time on my lunch break. I'm used to waiting a long time. The food is good so I don't usually mind the wait,... But today it took 38 minutes to get my food. Not a single manager insight directing the children. Several people who came inafter me got their food long before I did. They really need a manager on the floor to control the chaos. Read more
