I ordered a ham & cheese with just mayo and bacon. They ended adding lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.

I have been coming to this establishment for at least 6 years. The staff years ago was awesome!!! The staff now, sucks! I have... been in more frequently lately, and the service still sucks. Before today, on 3 separate occasions the staff was arguing on the"sales floor," calling one another names and shoving each other out of the way... Today, the little pipsqueak thought it wascute to stick his finger in my bread and twirl it on the counter top. He wouldn't make eye contact with me and was superrude. The staff at this store is extremely rude. I go there once a week usually around 11 am and the staff doesn?t even greet you,... just more of a ?great, what do you want ? type of look from all the staff members. When I like 1 of your subs in particular andit being outrageously expensive for a combo meal, I?ll take my business a few doors down to Publix. Read more

I was nearby and was starving and running out time, I went to Jessey Mike's Subs and after eating the hilly cheesesteak I had... ordered, 1) made me understand why that place was empty during the peak lunch hour. Walked in at 8:25. Lady at the front counter gave a very rude welcoming. Are you here for pickup in a very rude manner. As we... ordered our food the same lady dumped a whole lot of mayo on the sandwich.Then on the other sandwich she barely put any mayo onit. Did not ask if we wanted any drinks,chips or cookies. Delicious sandwiches especially if you?re going to get their Italian subs. Their bread is great too. There was no wait when I... was there in a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was nice and clean.
