Usually never have an issue here, always wonderful service and food. However this time was extremely different. We came in for... lunch and the young lady in the blue polo was very hostile towards my husband and myself during the check out process, sheslammed our drinking cups down and acted as if our transaction was an inconvenience for her. The young lady was then on grilland made my husband's sub wrong, and gave him a completely different sandwich than he ordered. The rest of the staff waswonderful, kind, polite, and professional. This is my favorite Jersey Mike's location. They are always busy with in store customers and online orders and have a way of... managing it well. They also communicate clearly that they may be just minute and not one employee I've met here acts like theyhate their job or the customers. This location is awesome. Both my hubbies and my order was perfect (and we always have special requests). We preferred via the... app so you?re always concerned with what you might actually get. But like I said , it was perfect! To top it off, the tall guythat handed me my order so smiling and super friendly! (WHAT ??????!!!!) That doesn?t always happen at a fast food place. The Jersey Mike?s on University west is by far the worse one in Jacksonville. My sandwich was very much thrown together and... sloppy and it was absolutely no reason for it. My instructions said light EVERYTHING. I am disgusted. Read more
Subs are really good here. My first visit. We got 2 Turkeys, a Mike's Philly and a Club. All were made with fresh cut meat,... right there in front of you. Limited amount of toppings, but enough to please. The associates were very friendly and quick tomake our order. Hot subs done right on the grill. Will definitely be back. Read more
