Terrible. 40 min wait. Mgr talking to friend / colleague while line backed up. Mgr didn?t help staff at all, rather just BS?d... while customers sat seething. Go to another Jersey Mikes. Worst in class mgmt. Read more
Actually it should be a 0. Ordered on the app. Went to the store 25 minutes after ordering and walked in. Told them I ordered... on the app and gave him my name. The steak sandwich was in the bag and just waiting on the cold sub. I was told it would beright up. Twenty five minutes later and after everyone that was there was served, I was still waiting. The manager was thenwaiting on people that just came in the door. I told them to just cancel the order. Then manager then said we are really busy, when I tried to explain why I was upset, he just kept saying have a nice day, have a nice day, have a nice day. I guess hejust doesn't care about customer service or getting feedback. There are a lot of sub places without having to put up with that. Read more

Ordered a large chicken kahuna.. noticed it felt light when I left the location, get home and open my sandwich and this is what... I paid 18 for. This was half of my sandwich. More cheese and jalapeños than chicken. Do better. Read more
The employees were polite. The sandwiches here are overpriced. I got the turkey and cheese sandwich. It was very salty. Update:... I went back and tried a different sandwich, the chipotle chicken. It was just as salty as the turkey cheese sandwich and themeat was that pressed chicken. It was dry and crumbly. I guess quality products is not part of their ingredients. Read more
First time at this location and wasn?t disappointed. Was there when first opened for the day and everything was fresh and clean.... Sub made just like I wanted and was DELICIOUS. I had the club and can?t wait to go back and try others. Also GREAT customerservice. My new favorite sub shop. Read more
Decent place for some lunch. I recommend the hot subs vs the cold. Had the buffalo wrap, it was decent. I recommend the philly.
