I can honestly say this is the most unfriendly Jersey Mike's Subs I have ever been in. We hadn't had a sub here in awhile so I... thought I'd stop in and get them to go. Upon walking in there was a female worker behind the counter sweeping the floors, ittook her probably 2-3 min just to say a word, never even looking my direction, never a greeting at all. She then proceeds toyell out to other workers in the back that a customer is here and needs help. Another female worker comes from the back andgreets me and asked what I wanted for my order. Zero sense of urgency and even at checkout nothing was said to me. I will gowhatever extra distance it takes in the future to avoid coming here, even though it is closest to us. Nothing but bad attitudesand worker's that could care less about their jobs here. Read more

Third time ordering and paying for extra bacon on my sandwich. There was literally 3 tiny pieces of bacon. First time I thought... it was a mistake. Second time my bad. Third time I called and asked to speak with a manager. A girl who sounded like she was 15laughed and asked what I wanted to do about it? When we order we order a lot. Most orders with delivery and tip is over $75. Igladly pay the delivery fee and tip more than recommended because of the convenience. However I do expect what I pay for. Extrabacon means more than 3 little pieces. What?s normal? 1 tiny piece? After posting on a local group page there are multiplepeople that are in agreement that this Oakleaf location is terrible. It's currently 8:11pm, granted they close at 9pm and I'm sure that they've had a long day, but customer service has no time... frame. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. I usually don't let it be known out loud while other customers are presentbut it needed to be said. The unnecessary attitude from the cook was beyond me. I hope that management deals with this asap orthey will start losing customers very soon. Read more

Waited 30 minutes in line one person ahead of me then when my order was supposed to come up they fixed the man behind me food... first I'd already paid for mine so I told him just give me my money back it took another 10 minutes to get my money back peopleand air was the slowest workers I have ever seen Read more

We got there at 10 am, right as they opened and they were ready for business. We told them we needed a gluten free sub and they... did everything right. They cleaned the area, the meat slicer and used new utensils. I recommend them for gluten free dining. Read more

If I could them 0 stars I would. I went in last night for a Philly and they wouldn?t let me customize it and the 3 girls were... very rude. When I told them it was made wrong and not how I wanted they ignored me. Pretty much told me to there was nothingthey could do or even try to give me the lettuce on the side. After I left I realized I didn?t pay for the sub they never askedjust gave me a generic sandwich and ignored me. Not only are they rude and have no customer service but I?m sure there were morecustomers that left without paying due to them not paying attention or even asking.
