The food is good, prices are what you?d expect. I normally do a pick up order but every now and then I will do delivery. Their... delivery is SLOW. I?m talking like at least 45 minutes before they will even leave the store with your food. I placed an ordertoday for delivery because I do not have my car currently, it?s in the shop. I waited 30 minutes and checked and the app showedthey hadn?t even left the store yet so I called to cancel. The guy that answered said they had 1 and 1/2 drivers currently?soyou mean 1. The worst Jimmy Johns I?ve ordered from. I placed an order and it came back all wrong. I call to make a change and the guy that... answered deliberately hung up on my and wouldn?t answer my calls after. I had to drive there to complain and his coworkerspointed him out and he had a lame excuse about the way I spoke to him and I was not rude at all. Placed an order for 3 boxes of 18 sandwiches for $120 at 10am for pickup at 2pm. Placed order in store. Got to store 3 hrs later... at 2pm they hadn?t made the entire order. I've ordered subs from here many times now and the service is always freaky fast and the food good. Price is right as well. I've... really like the spicy east coast Italian lately but the country club used to be my go-to. Salt and vinegar chips are great andthe cookies can be a little hit or miss but when they're on the softer side they're really good in my opinion! Read more
I was externally disappointed with the service and my sandwich. The guy at the register was rude and didn?t acknowledged me when... I asked questions. My sandwich had one very thin slice of turkey (no exaggeration). I pretty much wasted my money on bread andlettuce. The floor was disgusting and stuck to my shoes, and if I didn?t live so far I would have went back and got a refund. Donot go to this location. Read more
I have been going to this location for YEARS now since they opened, and I can?t express how clean and beautiful this location... is. There?s a really kind lady there, who makes the BEST Turkey sub with guacamole for me, and EVERY TIME she makes it, it isperfection! I so love visiting this location! Even the ladies room is always spotless. Next time, I?ll grab some photos?I swearthis location?s bread tastes better than any other too! But the crown jewel of this location is definitely how spotlessly cleanit ALWAYS is, plus the sweet lady who makes my Turkey sub. I cannot recall her name, but she is delightful and always takes suchtime and care in the preparation of the food there. She seems to always there during the lunchtime rush, so that is when I tryto plan my visit since I know I?ll get one of the BEST subs! I was just reminded again of why I?ve only eaten at Jimmy John?s 3 times, ever. The sub was pretty bland. I got the #7.
