Picked up my order a few times from here. Everything tasted amazing. Cashiers were friendly and helpful.
Not happy with this experience! The app is frustrating. It was 4 min shy of an hour from the time they received my order to when... my order arrived. I called the store, the person was very nice, but I felt like they should have offered me a free drink, sub,or something. An hour is a long time when you are hungry. Honestly I could have been there and back to work in 30 min and savedthe delivery fee and tip. Read more
This Jimmy Johns is borderline closeable. Their phone staff is so painful to deal with that I cannot imagine walking in and... trying to order. Do yourself a favor and deal with the one on Hendricks. Never had a problem with them. Read more
Jimmy John?s used to have everything I looked for in a lunch place. Decent food, a decent price, and a relatively quick delivery... service if I couldn?t leave the office. Now it has two of those things. The food is still decent, the price is still okay, butthe delivery service takes forever. Edit: gave it another shot and I?m over it. Tired of waiting an hour to get sandwiches whenI could make better quality food with stuff from the grocery store and not have to deal with the delivery time issues anddeclining food quality. My drink was wrong, food was almost warm when sandwiches were supposed to be cold, extended wait. Themanager did reach out the first time I had an issue but nothing meaningful has been done to correct the issues as far as I cantell. Read more

My workplace catered sandwiches for us and boy was that a rip off. They were individually wrapped about 4" each. There was so... little meat it was impossible to taste it in the bread. A person would need to combine 4 of these to make a decent sandwich. Why the scam, it was fully paid for, not a freebie. Read more
Pretty large Jimmy John?s located near Brooklyn area of downtown. Typical Jimmy John?s the food was good and it was fast for a... fair price. I?m a big fan of Jimmy John?s. Glad I stopped by I will be back I?m sure someday. Would recommend! Read more
Ugh!!! It is 1:16 and my food I ordered at 11:26 still not delivered. I called at 12:00 and explained I had to leave for a... meeting. Still NO food. So that?s another $20 down the drain. This is the 3rd time. No offer of replacement food, or refund. Ialso always pay a 20% tip. Read more
