UPDATED: After writing this review 3 weeks ago, the owner Howdy reached out asking us to come back and give them another chance... on him. We did that tonight and I can honestly say it does look like they’ve gotten back on track. Service was relativelyquick and the food was as good as I remember it being in previous years. Burgers were cooked perfectly and flavor was in point.My husband was able to get a milkshake which he hasn’t been able to get in a while and it was delicious! The restaurant wasvery clean and there was a busboy constantly checking the dish bins and making sure things were clean and tidy. Because I hadseen recent reviews mention the bathrooms being horrible I checked the women's room out and it was immaculate. I have alsoattached some photos from this visit. All in all, I am very happy to say that we will continue to visit regularly like we usedto! Thank you, Howdy for making sure that your awesome restaurant continues to be a local favorite! Disappointed that Jumpin’Jax seems have gone down hill. I wrote a rave review for this place under my other account 3 years ago but we’ve been in 4times in the last year and each time it has been disappointing. My husband loved the milkshakes here but now every time we goin, the milkshake machine is broken (giving me McDonalds vibes). Even last time we went in, the person ahead of us ordered amilkshake but when we went to order they said it had just stopped working. The last time we went there was also no seasoning onthe fries. The wait times have gone through the roof and I get that places are short staffed but when we went last time we askedfor an extra side of aioli and the person (manager we thought) got it then went to another table to chat for several minuteswith it in hand - we realized this when we asked the waiter again for the sauce and he literally went to take it from the otherman’s hand standing at that other table. I started going here twice a month for the last 3months. The staff always have a happy and positive spirit. The food is... delicious and always cooked right. They have a lot of different selections to choose from. The restaurant is clean. They evenbring your food to your table and do to-go orders also. I will be back next week! Read more

Don’t even know where to start. This is an awesome place that was put together to take place of the red elephant. The ordered... the duval burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries are amazing. Other than it being a wee-bit expensive, this is anawesome place! Really friendly staff as well which makes the experience even better. Probably the best place for breakfast, on the weekends only I believe. Don't sleep on the breakfast pizza. I recommend adding... bacon to the "breakfast cheesy." The potatoes are also delicious, and the Jax sauce goes great with both the pizza and hashbrowns. For lunch or dinner, they make a great bacon cheeseburger too. Second time we have eaten there. Parking is ok with an easy on if you are heading North on San Jose, going South a bit more of a... challenge. Ordered 2 of the 904 Club with Fries. Was ok but to me a bit more bread than I like on a Club so 4 ?. I ordered theChicago Hot Dog for $7.49 with Sweet potato fries which came out way over done so that dropped it to 3 ?. Wanted to send themback but were in a bit of a rush. Order entry is easy as is the table delivery of the food so 5 ? for that. Read more

Food was delicious! Came out quick and just as we ordered. The fries are very good. Burgers were cooked just right and loaded... perfectly. Restaurant and seating area was clean, open, and very nice. Pasta salad was amazing! Read more

I'm not one to leave poor reviews, but this was horrible and unexcusable. I am fully aware of staffing issues many places are... currently dealing with and am usually patient with long waits. However, cleanliness and freshness of food should be a toppriority regardless of staffing issues. My 3-year old had eaten half of his hot dog before we realized the bun had mold on it.This place was disgusting. It's very sad, because this use to be a family favorite of ours. Read more
