My family and I had an excellent time here! The food was absolutely delicious and the cook on hibatchi grill was excellent. And... hilarious!! It was all the small details they did- like recooked me some rice because I couldn?t have the sesame seeds and also,he cut up my daughters food into small pieces ( she?s 2.5). I?m not sure exactly what time my husband and I arrived this evening? However, I know it was before 8:30 pm. We both walked in... and one of the hostess put our name down to be seated at the grill area (which we requested). It was going to be a 45 min waitand we both were ok with that. After we both had been waiting to be seated for about 10 to 15 minutes we were told they couldn?tseat us because they didn?t have enough cooks. Very very poor customer service on their part and they?ve lost our business. Soguess what, this is what happens when you turn business away after your customers had been waiting to be seated. You gosomewhere else and tell that business what happened and then you get first class customer service. Read more

Delicious food, great show and excellent service! They did add a 10% inflation fee so my bill was well over $100 but when going... to this type of establishment, I expect to pay a bit so not too surprising. Parking was easy, seated very quickly, ordered easily got drinks not so quickly and our waiter never brought refills accept... those from the bar. Disappointed by staff at the bar playing and being VERY LOUD the seemed very young. Cook was amazing, steaks cooked to perfection. Overall great meal. Read more

Terrible experience. Chef was great, food was okay. Scallops were not real scallops, they were swordfish and chewy. They now... have a ?10% inflation charge? added to your checks. Along with a 10% gratuity added after they add the inflation charge to get ahigher tip. No where on the menu does it say inflation charge. We came for my birthday. You get $22.95 off your meal when it?sYOUR birthday. So I ordered scallops and filet (thinking I was going to get a $22.95 discount) Bc it says on the menu ?can orderat equivalent cost or higher?. My husband ordered the chicken, it was $20. When we got our check they decided to give him hismeal for free and only take $20 off our check. I explained that the menu said $22.95 off the birthday persons meal. They arguedwith me and said no it?s off the cheapest meal. So they went and ?changed? our check. Instead of taking the $22.95 off of mymeal, they raised my husbands meal to $22.95 and then took off $22.95. Even when his meal was only $29. They proceeded to saythat ?the rule? is you only get the birthday deal if you purchase another meal at $22.95. Therefore since my husbands meal was$20, we didn?t qualify. Very nice facility with great food and service. No wait with reservation. Free birthday meal. I had chicken and shrimp normally... $24.00. Enough food for two meals. Great show and comedy by the chef. Great waiter. Nice dining room with an atrium. Everyone inmy party of 6 was very pleased even a picky teenage daughter. Highly recommended. Will go back. Read more
