I placed a simple or for a chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken with door dash, just for the dasher to message me ? they said... they?re out of chicken sandwiches do you want to cancel or receive tenders instead? so I chose tenders? 50 minutes past and myorder had already been assigned to 2 diffrent dashers who both left because of the long wait. I try not to write less than good reviews but I just had to write one about this location. We purchased lunch here today and it... was disappointing. We ordered our meal and the lady gave us our drinks and asked us to drive to the front of the restaurant andwait for our food. It took an unusually long time to come out and she forgot our straws. The food was a good temperature butthe meal should have had a drumstick and a thigh. Most people wouldn?t complain about getting a breast instead of a thigh butit was dry and I really prefer dark meat. The biscuit was overcooked; it was hard and also dry. My Dr. Pepper was morecarbonation than syrup; it tasted like carbonated water with a little Dr. Pepper added for a bit of flavor. I know everyone hasa bad day now and then but you only get one chance to make a good first impression and they missed that opportunity. We willnot give them another chance. Read more
I would give nothing if possible. I spent over 15 minutes in drive thru waiting to order with only 3 people in line. Everyone... behimd me left so I was able to leave too. Terribly slow. Read more
I ordered online and chose the "quick" pick up. My order wasn't ready. They cleared the entire lobby, the entire drive thru, and... people who got there after me were getting their food before they even asked me why I was there. Like, I'm literally standingright in front of your giant QUICK PICK UP sign and shelves. I'm not gonna jump in front of somebody waiting in line becauseyou're too inept to realize that somebody standing at the PICK UP counter is picking something up. Read more
Chicken was undercooked. Nasty. Couldn't eat it. Worse KFC. They offered to give me another batch. Heck no. If they sold this to... me undercooked, imagine what they will give me knowing I complained and wanted another order. We ordered the big bucket family meal and several extra large sides. We got everything fine except drinks- they were all screwed... up. However, our chicken was very soggy. Not sure if it was the bucket steam or what, but crispy chicken thats soggy by the timewe get home is not enjoyable. Server did not fix the drink situation after it was pointed out either. Read more
