I ordered a taco & side of meat to add to my taco. When I pulled over to eat my quick snack, there was No spoon or fork to add... the meat. The cashier seemed new but (if she was being trained, ) they should have caught it, I feel. Read more
Honestly just shut this location down. I have attempted to get food here on a few occasions and every time I am met with snippy... service and immediately told my total after ordering just one item. It is obvious both the staff nor franchise owner care aboutcustomer service. Also, 25 minutes for a simple sandwich and drink combo is ridiculous. Read more
Ordered KFCs original 8 pcs. Smelled, and tasted like it was cooked in old used grease oil. It also looked like it was cook to... dark, vs my previous orders in the past. Half the bucket went into the trash. Read more
The macaroni and cheese was spoiled, the chicken days old dried to the bones, biscuits were half cooked. Didn't receive even dog... quality food. 108.00 for everyone who ate, all within 30-1 hour ways either throwing up, stomach hurting or diarrhea. I wasn'there when food was delivered but arrived 30 minutes later the chicken was refrigerator cold in bucket. Missing items theythrowed in the bucket scraps and kids don't know the difference. I wouldn't have served this food, I would have sent it back.They literally stoled $108.00 with disposable food. I had no idea this KFC was like this until I read the reviews after writingmine. With everyone sick I am lucky I didn't have time to eat or all 8 of us would have been sick, 7 was. No standards on foodquality. I did contact Uber. But apparently KFC is in their pocket. I get that it must suck to be working on a Saturday night, and especially still working fast food when you're in your mid 30s,... early 40s (speaking for what looked liked the whole crew), but no one forced you to take the job. My order was very clearlymessed up. Missing the famous fill up bowl (an entire menu item), missing biscuits, missing sauces... Only thing these highschool dropouts aren't missing is incompetence and attitude. Read more
I ordered 3pc. White with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side of Cole slaw. I got 1 leg 2 thighs crispy mine was supposed to be... original and I got Mac and cheese that I don't eat. They wasn't even busy. That's $13.20 wasted. I tried calling and no onewould answer. I see why it's so poorly rated. Read more
Tried to order 8 drumsticks at drive through. Was told it wasn't a regular KFC and they couldn't sell 8 drumsticks. I asked... how many I could get and they said 4 so I ordered 4 plus 2 biscuits - $12.85. Got home and opened order and there was 1drumstick and 1 biscuit. 2 Stars because the person taking orders was nice. - Update - I returned to the store the next day andexplained the situation. I brought my receipt and the single bone from the chicken and asked for my remaining 3 drumsticks. They declined and offered a single drumstick. I declined. I have now spent $12.85 on a single drumstick. I'm going to followup with my credit card company and see if I can stop payment. Still unable to get the word on why you can't buy 8 drumsticks. Don't go here for the dinner rush, if it's late maaaaybe look elsewhere. They have 1 or 2 great employees that listen and care,... the rest...well let's just say they could not show up and the result would be the same. The stress on that manager was terriblebecause of lazy kid employees. Read more
