The cashier greeted me by saying "You Ready To Order". This was the rudest encounter ever. I get that you might not enjoy your... job but that was unacceptable. I will by pass this location and continue on to the next for a pleasant person. Read more
Don't like the fact of going to drive thru and once reaching the speaker you sit there for 30 second - 1 minute before anyone... says anything. The customer service way would be to greet the customer, but other than that the food is good. Read more

I usually get good service here. I ordered the Scrambler combo and asked if I could upsize my tater tots to large. I was told... no. I thought ???? I misheard so I asked again. The cashier said no again. I get this combo on a regular basis. I've never beentold I couldn't upsize it. Found it very bizarre. Read more
Rude, ghetto, dirty, and nasty. You can remodel the outside but the service is still horrible and the food has been sitting for... hours. I wouldn't feed this food to a dog. Hire employees that have some sense of pride in at least having a job. Last timeeating at this location. Read more
Like most of you we keep seeing the Shrimp Po Boy commercials so we had to try it. MY GOD was this the worst po boy and boy was... it very Po!!!!!! As you can see in the pics, there was no sauce!! Dry as a bone!! The shrimp was so hard and they were notcleaned! You had the outer fry shell with no shrimp! You can order a Pick 5. We also got the Chili cheese pup and a regular pup.My Goodness...so awful, we could not even eat it! It had a bitter, medicine taste! I bought 3 of these pick 5's and wasted$23!!!! No more for me!! My husband and I are transporters and we stop at Krystals for breakfast regularly Hands down this has to be absolutely the best... damn Krystal ever. They greeted us we felt welcome the food was ready fast and it was fresh. I am sorry I forgot the manager'sname but that restaurant is ran like a well oiled machine. Thank you ????
