Larry's did it again!!! My husband ordered through Door Dash. We had a Cheesesteak (my husband really enjoyed his cheesesteak)... and an Ultimate (it had ham, roast beef, turkey & provolone cheese) I think that's the name. Well! Asked for no mayo; they put mayo. Asked for a pickle spear; it was not included. I have always thought Larry's Subs was average... at best (especially for the price), but when you also cannot get the order correct, I will not go back. Read more

Taylor makes an excellent sub! Came here for the first time today. The chicken Philly sub I had was probably the best one I've... ever eaten. The texture, the taste, the proportions of ingredients, everything. Give this girl a raise or support her to go toculinary school or something! And the other girl working was working hard, too, diligently cleaning the entire time I was there.You have a great staff here, I hope they get recognized for it. Read more

I have not been to a Larry's in years. Stopped by really by chance because where I was going was closed. I just wanted a large... salad with grilled chicken. The salad was huge and delicious. Big enough to share. My mom got a Philly cheesesteak and shethoroughly enjoyed it. Said shouldn't get it from anywhere else again. The workers here were really friendly too. Read more

We ordered two subs from here and they both had barely any meat on either! I called Larry?s to complain due to lack of meat on... subs and I ordered pickles that I did not receive and the lady said ? what do you want me to do?? Really your the manager andyou could have easily apologized and either refunded my money orrrr sent me new subs with some freakin meat on them! Iunderstand inflation is at an all time high but this is absolutely ridiculous! Read more

Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Been there 2 dozen times over the last year and always gotten... my order right. Today however, was the day I decided to do my review and it was not good. So let's begin by stating that theywere apparently severely.understaffed for a lunchtime rush. When I got there, I was 7th in line to order and there was only 1staff member there to make sandwiches. Staff was friendly and attentive to the customer's but not to the orders. I ordered awith mayo, mustard, lettuce and onion. Didn't get onion or lettuce on my sandwich so it was extremely dry with the small amountof condiments quickly swiped on my toasted bread due to the understaffed development. Other than my order being wrong,everything else was a pleasure. But the end game is just that and I was left disappointed today. Will come again, but today wasan off day. Read more

Horrible experience. I suggest that you avoid this location. I called in an order in advance, and explained that I wanted gluten... free bread, and the Kong as it normally comes, with the only change being light onions. I also ordered a slice of cheesecakewith strawberry topping. When I sat down to eat the sub, I saw that they only put meat and light onions on it. There were nocondiments or other vegetables on it. I called back to see about having it corrected, and was told that the manager said shewould fix it if I brought it back, so I did. The cashier took my sub, gave it to the manager, and said she would get it fixedfor me next. The cashier was wearing a mask that only covered her mouth, and the manager was not wearing a mask at all. I stoodthere and waited about 10 minutes as the manager made 3 other customer's orders, before opening my sub to add the missingingredients. Yes, that's right. She did not trash it and make a new one. She took food that I had taken home, and opened it upon their prep area. This is extremely not food safe. On top of that, I was not offered anything for having to drive back upthere to correct their mistake. I was extremely clear that the only change was that I wanted my onions to be light onions, therest of the ingredients were the same, and the woman on the phone repeated my order correctly back to me. When I got back to myhouse to eat, and took a bite of the cheesecake, I thought it tasted funny, so I took a close look at it to see if it looked oldor something. I was disgusted to see fingerprints on the top of the cheesecake. This means that they were put into containerswithout the person wearing any gloves. After what had happened with them already, I just threw it into the trash. What a wasteof $22. Read more
