Pizza had like 5 olives on it (several slices had none), SOAKED in grease so bad that I couldn't pick it up without it falling... apart in my hand (also because it wasn't cooked all the way). Place order on line had to jump threw hoops, but get to store 2 pic up food no one even looked at me for 8 minutes no one asked... if I needed help I spoke up said I'm picking up a order and gave name ,young man behind counter said what your order is, Itold him ordered online and gave name again he asked what kinds of pizza I order I told him he went and got a pizza threw on thecounter I said I had bread also again what bread you order, I asked can't you use my name and get my order and finally anotheremployee came out to help me. Food is decent lol honestly its not gourmet, it?s cheap and fast, I do t know where else I can go and pay under 20 bucks for... pizza- soda-breadsticks- and wings. ?-no where? Side note Also I?d like to say the manager that?s there most of the time keepshis head on straight, I?ve been in that store many times he works hard, and it?s cheap pizza I?ve seen people give him attitude6 times out of the 18 times for miscellaneous stupid reasons I been there however he keeps his composure deals with everyone asfast as he can, I was so impressed with him because even after someone gave him attitude he still took the time to make the kidslaugh that came in and gave them Cookies. Ordered thru the app & then had to wait 30 mins for my order. Staff is very inefficient & don?t acknowledge customers when they... come in. When I finally got my pizza it was undercooked, had to drive back to the store for them to make me another. Nocompensation whatsoever for my time or gas. Very poor customer service!! Read more
Horrible employees. One male employee always charges more for food. One of the female employee at lunch shift lies about the... store being open at 10:30 when the door was locked at 11 am when I try to enter. Also they never answer the phone. Read more
