How is it that they are known for hot and ready and they never have any pizza ready. Stop with the false advertisement.
Visited this location I walk in two young ladies on there cell phones and sprinkling cheese on pizza crust at THE SAME time no... hair net WORE also. These places take the fun out of dining out. I left the location went home to cook. The visit was Sundayabout 530pm no other customers were there. I see why plus counter top was filthy. Read more
I went in there for a hot n ready but they had to make fresh pizza. So I asked for a cheese pizza with light sauce and they... charge extra but still put heavy sauce. Unexpected guests due to an emergency who had little children . . .needed to get food quickly... even though it was short notice... and it was getting late the staff jumped to it and got me pizza's made. I was able to calm down the children and get themsettled in a rather trying time. . . they came to the rescue... I really appreciated them helping me out in my time offrustration. Read more
We ordered two pizzas totaling $23. My husband showed up on time but they made one of the pizzas wrong. I called and asked what... was taking so long and the person who answered explain to me that they made one of the pizzas wrong and were remaking the order.Well, they made it wrong a second time. By then my husband had been there for 45 minutes and had groceries in the car. So hetook the wrong Pizza and came home. Turns out they didn't even remake the whole order they just remade the wrong one a secondtime. So now I have a wrong pizza and an hour old pan pizza. When I called the person who answered argued with me and told me hewas just overwhelmed and he was already arguing with another customer so basically too bad.
