I have been trying for years to talk my wife into going to an Indian restaurant. With the help of my sister-in-law, we finally... convinced her to try Indian food at Masala. She had chicken korma and loved it. I had mango chicken and it was delicious. Their naan bread, either plain or with garlic, is also very good. I won’t have any trouble getting her back to Masala in thefuture. Read more

The food was pretty good the biggest let down was the samosas were not fresh. You could tell they were made earlier and either... kept warm or warmed slightly before serving. The service was ok at best. We sat there was no one before us so we sat immediatelybut the people who came shortly after us were asked and served beverages before us. The waitress did not once ask us how ourfood was or if we needed anything else. We were not offered refills on beverages. The food was good but has room forimprovement. Read more

We have ordered from here multiple times. Every time we have had the best food. We talk about how great it was every time.... Having moved from a town with a huge Indian culture I was worried we wouldn't find good Indian food but I am so wonderfullypleased. Read more

Good but not amazing Indian food. I like the diversity of their menu, but some of the curries lacked the depth of flavor I was... expecting. My favorite was the Chicken Tikka Masala. We only got takeout this time, so I'd like to come back to dine in and trytheir Thali. Prices are reasonable for Jacksonville. Food was ready on time. Read more

Hidden gem. My family and I went on a whim. We originally were going to the Korean BBQ next door that we frequent but decided to... branch out. Food came out quickly and portions were great. Something on the menu for everyone. We planned our next visit beforewe left. Read more

Was craving Indian food and found this place. The mango laasi was good almost like a mango shake. I tried samosa chat and it had... more chickpeas and no samosa. It felt like eating chickpeas with papdri. The fish fry was more of a fish pakora but it was okay.I tried chicken thaali and out of that only chicken tika (red one) was good. We also ordered biryani thinking we can take theleft overs and ended up taking all of it. I was hoping it will be good but it was a just okay. If I think about it the onlything I liked was the mango laasi and chicken tika. FYI - they don’t make regular tea it has to be masla tea and it’s strongso you would need to add sugar to drink it! Food was good for the most part. Had the Palak Paneer. The paneer had a smooth texture and a rich buttery taste. The Goat Curry... was very flavorful and tender. The waiter remembered to refill our drinks despite being the only person working the tables. TheMixed Vegetable Pakora was alright. It had several pieces of burnt batter mixed in with the vegetables. The green onions in theOnion Naan were a bit soggy and undercooked. The Lamb Curry was a bit too salty. Read more
