This McDonald's is very convenient for me. I've been going here for a couple months constantly. I keep giving them the benefit... of the doubt, over and over. Will not be coming back to this one. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere. Absolutelyridiculous. Always takes 20+ minutes for my mobile order and always get something wrong. I've complained to corporate twicealready. Food was poorly prepared and buns were stale. Waited 30 min for a dine in order when there was only 3 parties in the dining... room that were also waiting on thier food. Store was dirty. Had to get hand sanitizer and paper towels to wipe a table to sitat. Drive thru was clearly the priority here and this store was not doing too good in that department considering the number ofcars that they had to run food too. Most of the time the doors to this restaurant are locked and they are only drive thru. They should just close the store. Read more
This location absolutely sucks. Long waits in line with no acknowledgement of you even standing there. Hit the drive through one... morning and there's not utensils in the back for my breakfast. Guest service skills of your staff are completely non existent.Food quality of prepared is garbage. Usually product has been sitting for some time and cold. No reason at 615 that a cinnamonshould look old and dried out. No receipt in the bag. Should probably just close this location or put a greater effort intohiring better talent, training, and retention. Read more
No spoon, no apple, nothing just give me the oatmeal like this. While I did end up receiving what I ordered, that's about the only positive of my experience. The water lines in the bathrooms... were not functioning. While that could be due to external circumstances outside their control, a warning or sign about it wouldhave been greatly appreciated for those who have to use the bathroom quickly. The facility overall was messy and sticky, thefood quality was surprisingly worse than even the already low McDonald's standard, and the staff were mostly sitting in the backof the kitchen joking around and treating it like a high-school hangout. Ordered curbside pickup missing fries in kids meal , cold fries for my fish fillet combo. Manager argues with me that the fries... are never cold and that I didn?t get food from this McDonald?s not knowing I ordered curbside. I was beyond upset but had tokeep my cool because my kids were in the car. To keep your sanity I wouldn?t recommend the spot it was horrible. Read more
