This place is always always always out of something. They used to be pretty good and have good management, but every time I?ve... gone there recently they do t have something. Change (as in they couldn?t provide change for cash transactions), ice, and nowfries?and of course like every other McDonald?s they can never make shakes or ice cream. Management needs to order what?sneeded. I?d give a zero if I could- because of the many inconveniences I?ve encountered with this location. Read more
Service was greatly lacking. The short redheaded lady at the first window was rude, with an irritable attitude. Somebody needs... to give her a hug. Then the young man at the second window literally said nothing just handed us our bag. Had my husband notspoken first, he wouldn't have said one word to us. The company should pay the employees more money. They give good service but they are losing people. It was my first time there.... And some of the employees was good Kristopher was one them that should good more pay cause he made my experience great. Even doethey was short of some employees. Read more

Ordered one cheeseburger for my son. Waited 13 min to get one cheeseburger. Stood at the counter and the manager continued to... work without even acknowledging me. She didn?t speak with me until 5-6 minutes of waiting at the counter. When did fast foodchange to 15+ minutes? Read more
The person presenting although it is after 11 PM should have not taken it upon himself to put what was supposed to be two... separate six piece nuggets into one 12 piece or 10 piece nugget box. This wasn?t for one person so This means that one personhad a box while the other one was left to hold their six nuggets in their hands. But,other than that the food was fresh it was alittle slow getting through the line and stuff like that but that?s not a problem because when you go places late night you haveto expect these things. This place is terrible now. Drive thru order taker gives me attitude when I change from a coke to a shake. Then I am told to... wait for the deluxe burger because they make them to order only to find out when I get home they left everything off. I got abun with a hamburger patty and cheese. This is after an almost 10min wait. I am done with McDonald's! Read more
When I was ordering the cashier told me that they were on lunch. What?! Anyway, she took my order but we used the drive-thru so... I didn't know the quality of the food until we had driven away. The majority of the fries were the small crispy ones which I dolike but not all of them. Also, the bun on my big Mac was not only a bit stale but I think they knew they were stale and overtoasted to try to cover for it being stale. Read more
