It seemed as if the associates didn't know what was going on. Went there just for iced coffee and a frappe, it took almost 30... minutes to recieve then and had to ask them for the frappe. Seems that talking was more important then taking care of the customers . It seems as customer service with McDonald's is going down hill. I was so excited to get my large fry and and burger?but to my dismay they gave me (my child) refried French fries. This was my breakfast pit stop while traveling on a Saturday morning. The lines weren?t long but it took a little longer than I... expected to get through the line. The staff were friendly but had my order wrong.
