It seemed as if the associates didn't know what was going on. Went there just for iced coffee and a frappe, it took almost 30... minutes to recieve then and had to ask them for the frappe. Seems that talking was more important then taking care of the customers . It seems as customer service with McDonald's is going down hill. Need to get to taking care of hour customers andunderstand that if the customers don't come in how do you make a pay check. Read more
Most laziest staff I ever seen. Wouldn't take my order. Made me do self order. Get done out of paper. Then she tells me exact... change only my order was 18.00 and she couldn't take a 20. I was so excited to get my large fry and and burger?but to my dismay they gave me (my child) refried French fries. These are the... kind of fries that sit out for a while but instead of throwing them away, associates decide to dump them back in the frier andserve them to customers. Do better McDonalds Read more
This was my breakfast pit stop while traveling on a Saturday morning. The lines weren?t long but it took a little longer than I... expected to get through the line. The staff were friendly but had my order wrong. Polite employees. But got our order wrong by duplicating one of the meals my daughter ordered. They fixed it. Problem. The fries... did seem fresh but were blacking quite a bit when it came to salt. But I have to say, the employees were very kind. Read more
Ordered from DoorDash the first time was not there fault and I completely understand but the second time I ordered and the SAME... NIGHT there was only one person up there which is unprofessional on the mangers part and general managers fault. If you aren?tgoing to hire people who are going to work don?t hire them. Orders two 10 piece nuggets, two large fries, a triple cheeseburgerand two large drinks and a single deluxe crispy chicken just to be missing four items!!! I have worked at two McDonald?sLocations and I am working at one currently right now. It is not hard to just shut down the online ordering machine if youcannot handle the business of it because I have been in that position several times or just leave because at the end of the dayit?s unprofessional. If you didn?t have enough staff then close the store!!! Again I orders my food at 9:50pm and I didn?treceive it until 12:15 just for it to be wrong because there employees don?t want to come in for work honestly what can I expectfrom the low time horrible McDonald?s in Jacksonville. Multiple failures to get orders right, dirty bathroom and slow service. They will literally look at the lobby but ignore the... line of customers waiting while talking, gossiping and making jokes amongst themselves. But dining area is clean and there?soutdoor seating. Read more
I live here in this community and l have to say this is the worst drive through you will ever experience! I believe they need... better management and hire qualify employees. Highly recommend go some place else. Read more
