This os one of the worst McDonalds to eat at. Their cusomer service is poor and horrible. Extremly rude inaccurate and... unproffesional. They serve old food reheated and cold old pies and burnt cookies. And dont get me started on the store managershe is just as bad as the unproffesional staff. Too slow. Waited more than 30 minutes for 4 Mc chicken and two large fries and every body was waiting. Even lady staff is rude.... They all watching same monitor. Customers are waiting more than 28 minutes for fries only. Would be much better if they movetheir hands instead throwing bad mouths to customers. Ridiculous!!! Got Door dash (nice lady) she was on time, but the food the fries and nuggets were definitely out for more than 30 mins, I... should of gotten fresh food. Everything cold and stale, and I love honey mustard, but their stuff tasted terrible, I ate onlycold fries for dinner and 3 bad chewy plastic nuggets, this was bad, don't recommend, second time ordering and still bad. Friendly service until the dreaded ?can you pull up? request. We waited for 20 minutes when they brought a bag out to us. It... wasn?t ours - it was for the car that had to ?pull up? in front of us. We figured our order would be coming out shortly. Not so.We busied ourselves playing Wordle and realized it had been another 20 minutes. I went inside. The manager apologized but theorder wasn?t complete so I waited again while they put a biscuit together (lunch was already being served). When I was finallyhanded the correct order, I received that alone, no ?sorry about that? or ?thank you? or ?have a nice day?. Just the bag of foodand the manager?s back as she was talking to her staff. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN! That store on St. Aug. I believe the dislocation doesn?t deserve a star at all but in general you have to pick a star so truly I wish I can take back... my one star they take too long to make just about anything this location is just the worst to ever pick up any meal the fooddoes not taste good I mean they don?t even put salt on the french fries and whenever you asked for especially if you?re allergicto cucumbers which is a pickle the funniest thing is they always put pickles inside of the Barker I have Liberty Been in linefor over 20 minutes so sad and I was literally like the 5th car So four months ago I left this review I?m updating it againbecause I thought that if I didn?t come for a while again if they would have new staff or at least change things nope not evenfour months past all the fries grease it was like they poured grease in the box fries please don?t eat food I feel like I maywake up tomorrow with food poisoning I didn?t return it because I already left the building and I already made it to where I wasat so now I?m just praying that I don?t get sick You can actually see the grease shine in the photo Read more
Waited for over 5 minutes to get someone to try and respond to me (which they didn?t) and when I finally pulled up to the window... the employee was on her phone FOR PERSONAL USE. I asked to order and she said they were between shifts even though her shift wasnot over (also, since when are employees ?between shifts? and the restaurant is unattended for customers). Then, she went aheadand told her coworker about what she had just said to me and they both started laughing. And her coworker even posed for apicture (will be shown below). Hamburger meal, no pickles, no cheese. Apparently that doesent exist in anyway shape or form. Ok let?s try the two hamburger... meal with tea, no pickle, no cheese. This took forever from the workers, who apparently were so into their phones, it came plainwith no ketchup, no onions, fries were cold, and no mustard, and tea was literally water. Spent 10 minutes waiting on it. Pulledoff to figure this out only turning around to get it right. What did we get, another 10 minutes and it tasted like tasted likebad dishwater.. People, don?t come to this McDonald?s, it?s the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever attended, from the attention starting with the lady... who attends at night, she?s a poorly educated woman, she doesn?t see your face at any time, spends all night screaming. Thecleanliness is disgusting, and the food tastes as if it had been prepared in a kitchen that they have not washed in three days,with a burnt taste.
