I'm a person who likes McDonald's when I've been shopping for a while. It's quick and easy. But on this day the staff was rude... and didn't wait on a lot of us who were waiting to place our orders, they were just standing around talking and avoiding thecustomers. The drive thru cashier did not greet or acknowledge me. The young lady at the next did the same. My order was not correct as it... has been since the last time I came thru to place an order. There was no compensation for the mistake made. No worries about mecoming back to this location. Now don't get me wrong the food was delicious but the service was terrible! By far the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. The place is a wreck. Dirty. Trash on tables and floors. The bun ony sandwich was... too tough to chew. The fries that are normally good we're soft and cold. And finally the soda machine was out and no ice. Trulyunbelievable. Never seen such a disaster. I have to say as much as I'm in this Walmart, I've only stopped at this McDonald's once. It always looks extremely busy, as it... should be. I'm glad I did on this day. This young lady happened to be working on this shift, which by talking with her you couldtell was not her regular shift. She moved through the line and expedited food with a smile and positive attitude thatovershadowed everyone else is there. From The Young cashier coming on shift to the people going off shift. A half of slice of cheese and hard fries ain?t worth the money.. worse service in Jacksonville Florida..
I prefer to order during lunch. The food seems to much fresher. I love the QuarterPounder w/cheese and large Fries.
