Would give no stars, but don't have a choice or you can't leave a review.Went to Lem Turner location asked for 2 coffees ,and... before I could order any food the woman said ain't got no coffee.How do you not have coffee at 7:30 in the morning? I think theyeither need to find a different person to do their stock order .The owner needs to take charge and make sure his store is fullystocked and his employees are trained how to talk to customers. Crappiest McDonald's I've ever been to. There's a reason there's never a line at the drive thru. Staff are rude. We didn't get... half of what we ordered and it took 20 minutes anyway. We didn't complain because we didn't have another 20 minutes to wait forthe rest of our order. The staff lied and said they didn't have any beverages, even though they clearly handed one to the ladyin front of us. I don't know how they justify keeping it open, they have to be losing money hand over fist. Read more

I did an online order through the app. When we arrived at the window, they asked me to pull up into a parking spot. They sent... someone out, she asked me what I ordered, and I told her. Some time past and the same girl returned, and asked again what I hadordered she said ?they lost it?. I showed her my receipt on the app. She brought it out and there were 2-3 items missing. I hadto go inside and wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to greet me and ask what I needed help with. Then another 5-10min just toget it. I?m total I was at this McDonald?s for 30-40 minutes for about $25 in food. Read more
