Ordered a chicken supreme pizza through the Pizza Hut app. Picked up the pizza and returned home to find no chicken on my... chicken supreme pizza. Drove back to 3035 Dunn Ave to voice my complaint. I was told by the staff they were out of chicken andthey made the pizza anyway. The staff is young and unprofessional. They need to fire the whole staff at this location startingwith the General Manager. Read more
Had a horrible experience we didn?t get our delivery until 3 hours later. I called multiple times was told they would make it... fresh. When it finally arrive from DoorDash because their delivery person could not deliver it was cold no cheese on the cheesepizza no wings everything was horrible they need to be shut down asap. I ordered a big dinner box with bone in wings and a pack of four Pepsi products yesterday around 5:30. The driver came and... dropped it off with my son. When I looked, there were two individual pizza boxes, a box for breadsticks and four sodas. Nowings. I called the store and the first two times I held, the accidentally hung up when they answered. I held again for a longtime. The girl answered and the manager told her to send them out at no charge. I got a notification about Doordash and to callthe driver. I called and she said my order was $15 and she would need to collect that from me. She was at the store but refusedto ask the girl at the pizza hut about the charges. Door dash cancelled my order. I held for over 20 minutes for pizza hut. Myson called while I was calling and the girl said my wings were on the way. This was around 8 p.m. They never came. I paid extrafor the wings big dinner box and $3.00 more to get bone in wings and I never got them. The store wouldn't give me the time ofday. I spent over an hour holding. That was a nightmare and made me so mad. I never did get what I ordered. I want a refund. Read more
It was about 8pm and my husband and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, waited about 1.5 hours and then got a text message saying... it was on its way! About 30 minutes we called Pizza Hut (because we live about 6 miles away, so not far) to ask where they werebc we def should?ve gotten it already based on the text. They said the delivery guy came back bc he called my number a few timesand no one answered. I didn?t get any calls and I did put in the correct phone number hence the texts from pizza hut. we ordered a medium pizza. I checked off Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers. I asked the green peppers to be... cooked well done. They weren?t . I asked for extra sauce, there wasn?t. I didn?t ask for pepperoni. There was. We called therestaurant and no one ever picked up the phone after an hour of waiting. I?ve had gastric surgery and I need things to bemoist, hence I need more sauce. And I can?t digest raw green pepper so I picked that off. And I picked off the pepperoni.
