I swear I could live the rest of my life and never eat at another restaurant. We have never been disappointed here. Drinks,... appetizers, pizza, sandwiches, salads. You CAN NOT GO WRONG. I order the same pizzas every week. Tonight one of my pizzas was missing toppings. Thomas, the cashier offered to remake the... pizza. I asked to speak to the manager. We went here for my husband's birthday. The beer selection was great and the menu is unique with lots of choices. The spinach... artichoke dip was delicious. We also ordered 2 pizzas, which I'll admit did take a while to get to our table but we wereenjoying our beers so no biggie. When they did come, our waitress informed us that the kitchen had gotten my husband's pizzawrong and that they were remaking it. She gave us the mistake pizza for free, which actually turned out to be really good. All 3pizzas turned out great and our waitress was awesome! Read more
Went to the River City store in Jax Florida today. We picked up 2 pizzas for lunch and were extremely disappointed. We got a... mighty meaty thin crust and it was HORRIBLE. We dined in and had pizza here on our road trip. I love that they have vegan options. Our server Lauren was very friendly and... attentive, always looking back at our table to make sure we didn't need anything, even though it was quite busy. They made me a dairy free pizza and it was amazing! I'm a huge fan of Mellow Mushroom whenever I find one. The takeout process... was easy and the team took great care of us. I'm always happy when a place takes my dairy allergy seriously. This was the firstpizza I've had in years due to a dairy issue and they made me something I could eat and enjoy.
