I hadn't been to a Moe's since we lived near one 5 years ago. We loved that Moe's. Everything was so fresh and they had that... delicious tortilla bowl. I stopped in here for togo tonight, and it was the worst food I have paid for in over a decade. Thecheese smelled musty, the tomatoes were soggy, the chicken and the steak both felt like chewing a dog toy with less flavor, ANDwhen I asked them if they do a military discount and showed my id, they replied yes, but didn't give it to me. As embarrassingas it was, I told them I wasn't satisfied with the food, hoping for my money back ... but instead they offered to give me thesame nasty food line ingredients in another form of my choosing.... They gave us a quesadilla and it was equally as disgusting.My teenagers wouldn't even eat it. This Moe's blows. Fyi, the picture shows the 'replacement' quesadilla. $12 plus $3 tip forthis. Could have spent a few more dollars for a FULL FAJITA DINNER at Chili's or some other restaurant. Read more

Went here to place an order and saw a man behind the counter sweeping. He then proceeded to start working on a pickup order and... did not change his gloves after cleaning. If this wasn?t bad enough; another worker began to make my burrito. She poured beanswith a lot of liquid onto my burrito. When I stated that it was too much bean juice on my burrito, she took it and drained thejuice back into the bean container. Mind you, the burrito already had chicken on it. The service here was so bad and this is not the 1st time. I had to write this review this time because the manager was trouble... with customer service. I walk in and order my home wrecker and told them I using T-mobile Tuesday deal. The guy making the foodsays we don't accept it. Cool can you tell me why not? Because the scanner is down. Ok there is a code here you can?t put itin? The worker said no. I ask to speak to the manager. The manager was right next to him and said nothing. So I asked themanager Is there no way to use this deal or any other deals? He said the same thing the other worker said and you can go toanother Moe?s. Oh really! Thank you sir. Where is the days where a paying customer was treated like your money was wantedand not turned Away. So I went to another Moe?s and there scanner was down but the took the code and input it into therecomputer. I will not eat at that place again or order to pick up. My money is not going to support a place of business thattreat customers that way. Read more

This was one of the most disappointing experiences at a Moes that I?ve ever had. I have been going to this Moes over 10 years.... Recently went at 6pm. Walking in, there was no music playing and received only one non-enthusiastic ?welcome to Moes? from themanager. It took longer than need be to receive service as there were only 2 people in line before me. They did not ask if wewanted food to go and defaulted to bagging my food. When walking over to the salsa bar it was a mess and mostly empty, nothingwas stocked. The tea cauldron was empty, appeared to have not been brewed that day. I went to ask if they were able to brewsweet tea to which the manager said they were out. The food tasted good. However, the Moes experience was not there. Theatmosphere made you want to leave, especially lack of music. I ended up needing to go back through the line for a to go order.It again took a long time going through the line which had only one person before me. At checkout the manager was leaning on thecounter with her cell phone on FaceTime with her headphones in. While paying the manager took FaceTime calls and was notattentive to the customer at all. Should be 0/5 stars. Very disappointed, has gotten so bad. From somewhere we frequented weeklyto even daily to somewhere we would not want to go back to. Read more

I love Moe's and I'm glad they are open. This particular location always seems to have fresh food and great staff. Had a nice... meal with my wife over the weekend and as usual it was delicious. Thanks to everyone who works there. Good job peeps!! Read more

Great food. I ordered the Joey with steak. Steak was juicy and fresh. Cilantro line rice was flavorful and the corn pico was... delicious. All the other toppings where nice as well. I got a cup of queso was really.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Iasked them if the Joey was the burrito without the guacamole to make sure as I?m not a fan. The lobby and kitchen where cleanand so was the bathroom. Restaurant also has a nice atmosphere and it?s family friendly. I really enjoyed my visit and willdefinitely be coming back to try something new. Read more
