Don't order for any sort of pickup/delivery. They skimp everything when they know you don't watch them make it. Got a bag of... chips that wasn't even half full. No meat in a chicken bowl. And this isn't a 1 time thing. Every takeaway order has beenwrong. Dislike giving bad reviews but this place it's bad unless they are being watched. Read more
I love this location! The food is always consistent and the customer service is awesome! I do recommend keeping your soda... machine cleaned and keep it filled. That would be my only complaint. Read more
The redhead woman working today, Sunday August 28th, needs a RAISE. She was doing EVERYTHING by herself, many times she asked... her coworker, Martin, for help to no avail. Nobody helped this poor girl. She handled multiple customers and online orders byHERSELF. There were three other employees there that didn?t lift a finger to help her. Moes, it you?re comfortable putting allof the stress on one employee, then PAY them for it. She did a great job and was our food was amazing. Thanks to no help fromMartin or the other employees. I haven?t eaten at Moe?s in a while, but for the first time, we weren?t welcomed there. Not greeted when we walked in and I... thought there was only one poor little girl working, but turns out two other girls were just sitting and hanging out with therefriends in between customers. The food was okay. The chicken was very dry, nothing special. What concerned me the most is thatsome of the drink machines (the tea and lemonade maybe?) were empty which was good, because they had mold growing in the bottomof them. Absolutely disgusting store. Grill filthy, wall behind grill filthy floor filthy tables covered in food. Three employees sitting... at table ignored us asked a guy on the back to prepare our 6 orders. He asked for fillings twice from them and they ignored himtill third time and then had to walk over to confirm it was empty. Place two orders on grill to keep warm and it was absolutelycrudded up with food particles. Then the table the three idle employees were sitting at was left dirty so you wouldn't andcouldn't use it and food all over the floor and counters. Two in our party were ill before we even got back home. The burrito Igot for someone else was nearly inedible and they ate three bites and tossed it. 30 bucks wasted and now I'm feeling ill twohours later. I would put the pictures here but I don't know how. Oh and of course never heard welcome to the trademark "welcometo Moe's". And of course a tip jar. Why? Stay away from this place if you like to keep your stomach intact. May just be thisshift but I hope someone sees this that can effect positive change. Read more
Always disappointed, but sometimes we try again. Crunchy rice, messy, and one of our jr. burritos was made on a taco tortilla... but I guess the employees can?t tell the difference even when you point it out. Maybe someday?. Read more
Food was filled with delicious flavor and would of been great overall if the rice was cooked better. It was dry and almost... crunchy but not too bad. Really love the hot sauce they use. It has a nice kick to it. Due to Covid they have the salsa choicesin small cups. No labels or signs though so you either have to guess or ask which is what. Unfortunately, I didn't ask and justassumed it would be good. The first one I really didn't like but the second one was pretty good. As far as drink, I went withdiet ginger ale and sadly found out later my drink choice was low on syrup. Should of done a taste test before departing butdidn't think of it at the time. The store manager needs to get it together. They are always out of things, they are not planning for their night shift. When... it?s slow everyone is standing around, but when they have customers they run out of everything. Tonight they had no chicken,zero. The people who work there are always kind, it?s management that is lacking. If they got a real manger in there, Iguarantee the employees would do a fantastic job.
