If I could give this place less stars I would. Staff/manager had his gf on register who didn?t work there and she placed her... hand in my chips then tried to hand them to me. He yelled at her with profanity and got me more chips. I asked for generalmanager was refused. Called another store for number of general manager she was extremely rude as well. Kia or Tia her name. I?ve officially converted to the Moe?s team! I ordered a normal burrito the same way that I would order anywhere else and I was... absolutely blown away by the quality of the ingredients the freshness of the tortilla and the hospitality of the staff! I wasgreeted with the traditional welcome to Moe?s and felt truly welcome. We've held on to the old Moe's for too long. This store is so awful it's just not worth trying anymore. We were so tired of how... long it takes in the store that we started getting delivery. Tonight's delivery was missing an entire meal - and no one EVERanswers the phone when you call and you can't leave a message. They don't care about customer service. Don't be a customer ofthis store. I ordered the bowl, when I received it, it was barely half filled, had the wrong beans in it, none of it was hot and my queso... cup had queso all over the side of it.
