If I could give this place less stars I would. Staff/manager had his gf on register who didn?t work there and she placed her... hand in my chips then tried to hand them to me. He yelled at her with profanity and got me more chips. I asked for generalmanager was refused. Called another store for number of general manager she was extremely rude as well. Kia or Tia her name. I?ve officially converted to the Moe?s team! I ordered a normal burrito the same way that I would order anywhere else and I was... absolutely blown away by the quality of the ingredients the freshness of the tortilla and the hospitality of the staff! I wasgreeted with the traditional welcome to Moe?s and felt truly welcome. The atmosphere was nice, and I will definitely come back.My friend?s membership was used for my order and she found out she had a birthday discount waiting for her but she saved it foranother round. We've held on to the old Moe's for too long. This store is so awful it's just not worth trying anymore. We were so tired of how... long it takes in the store that we started getting delivery. Tonight's delivery was missing an entire meal - and no one EVERanswers the phone when you call and you can't leave a message. They don't care about customer service. Don't be a customer ofthis store. Every time I come to this location everyone seems to have a bad attitude even though I walked in smiling. The lady making my... burritos was literally slinging stuff everywhere and huffing and puffing and then another girl couldn?t even roll them up theywere just thrown together. Place looks run down. Employees don?t care, boarder-line rude. Food is like warm- I?m sure the health inspector would fail them... if they came in for a inspection. Sad, was a go to place for us- now we just steer clear after 2 bad experiences. Read more
I ordered the bowl, when I received it, it was barely half filled, had the wrong beans in it, none of it was hot and my queso... cup had queso all over the side of it. Also, I witnessed the manager acting very rude to the employees and I've actually heard acomplaint from a coworker who has witnessed the same manager being rude as well.
