Went tonight for dinner with my husband and 3 children. We were seated very quickly, but unfortunately it was in an area that... had an ac vent blowing right on us. No worries though because I brought sweaters/jackets! Our server was very kind, fast and onit tonight! The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The salad never disappoints and tonight was no exception!!!We got large portions (even kids menu items), so much so that everyone has leftovers for lunch tomorrow! The only negativeaspect was the ladies bathroom. One stall had no toilet paper and other had what i presumed to be urine all on the floor by atoilet. At the entrance, we were not greeted. The hostes was not very friendly. We had to move to the bar. And nobody even questioned us... why we chose different seating. While seating in the bar, the service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't packed atall. We constantly had to ask for attention of the bartender. At the end, we felt like we were rushed with the bill. The serverdidn't even ask us if we wanted to split it. He just threw the ticket on the table giving us the impression of being rushed. Visited this location last night. I'm up at 0330 writing this review after spending a couple hours in the bathroom. Never... thought I'd get food poisoning from olive garden, but here I am. This location definitely has quality issues. Pretty much ruinedall olive gardens for me. I will not be back. Update: received a message by the owner asking me to explain things further... Idid. Never received a reply. Stay away from the soup. I do not want anyone else experiencing this. Read more

Experience inside was probably 3 stars in all fairness. Waitress was kind enough but kindness doesn't refill drinks and provide... service unfortunately. She had three tables and my wife never seen a refill the entire meal. Luckily I asked for one when ourfood was brought to the table not to mention she mixed up the table across from us. She inadvertently attempted to give our foodto them. This I can honestly look past pretty much everything up to this point. The service industry is what it is. My primaryissue is the fact that I have people approaching myself and my family with my two year old in tow by someone in the half litparking lot at 10 O'clock at night. If the manager isn't going to monitor this directly and call JSO when needed to driveaccountability then open up that P&L and create a budget for a private security officer after dark. Nothing wrong with the menu nor the food. I had no issues and would suggest for people who like an Italian type restaurant or... food service. Staff worked incredibly hard too make sure we were happy and all of them were cheerful for the most part. I'd loveto see this the more I come back. My only small issue I'm having is the kids menu, it's not bad but it's definitely a littlestrange especially for the sides, There is spaghetti for a side and I have no clue why but I do believe you still deserve a 5star review for the great service given to me and my family. I have eaten at this location for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Food is always great and so is the... service. Edit 2-5-2022 Ordered chicken marsala to-go/curbside for lunch. Everything was great except the chicken itself (both)had a very weird taste and texture. Sadly to say I ended up having to dispose of the chicken and was not happy about it. Read more
