My lunch (blooming chicken & a loaded baked potato) was fine. The bread was fine. We were served by several wait staff. That's... an issue. My husband ordered an outburger cooked medium. His burger came rare. He doesn't eat rare ground meat. We didn't havetime for them to prepare another burger so asked for the manager. She comped $6 off an $11.99 meal. That kinda sucked. Outbackwas our favorite restaurant. I think we've had our last meal there. First my husband's favorite item, steak medallions, wasremoved from the menu. Then they screwed up the rewards program. Service was substandard. Really only deserves 2* rating Not impressed with steak as well.. 11 oz serloin; only had a few bites.... Best interest to just take home rewarm and spend an hour chewing..certainly not over cooked, just bad quality. Oh, forgot tomention I ordered mashed potatoes at 430pm.. Had an hour and a half wait to get seated for 8 people. Been at the restaurant since 6 and leaving at 9:30 pm. The waitress took... 30 minutes to bring us drink refills and not one plate was moved from our table. No one got any condiments they asked for. Weasked for a manager and when she came over she didn?t even introduce herself as the manger. We discussed our issues and when wedidn?t know she was the manager she rolled her eyes walking away. Good service. Had blooming onion, mushrooms, and shrimp for apps... unfortunately they were heavy with old grease :( . The... mixed vegs were still hard and room temp :( (broccoli was nicely steamed). None of the three steaks were med well :( .They were med rare and very fatty :( Read more
I had a large order to go tonight and was greatly disappointed when I got home. Both Alice springs chicken had no honey mustard... when I had ordered extra. They were also cold. My daughter?s side of fruit was two orange slices and three quarters of astrawberry. No kids drinks were given either. This has happened quite a few times here as of late so we will not be orderinghere anymore. Can?t keep paying $70 for a meal that doesn?t even have all of the standard items much less any extra.
